10:14 I have no idea, but it appears you are correct, the Sister City is no longer on Street Hassle's blogroll.
I don't know what's behind it but every blogger has a right to link to whatever blogs they want to.
We've always linked to whatever blogs we find interesting whether we agree or not. Often too a blogger will ask us to link to their blog in exchange for a reciprocal link. That's fine too.
We'll leave up the links to Joe's blog as long as he continues to post. Typically I only remove links when a blog goes dead for an extended period of time.

Jackie Mason, John McCain ... Higby, you're surrounding yourself with relics, has beens, and people who just haven't been able to evolve with the times.
Jackie Mason is more tolerant than Valley Doll, NBC or Barack Obama.
