Election Day in CD 14 (Boyle Heights)

"SI SE PUEDE!!, SI SE PUEDE!!"
From the "Barrios" surrounding Roosevelt High School and nearby "feeder" schools. Parents and neighborhood stakeholders are going to the polls.
Today is "JUDGEMENT DAY" for Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and his takeover, errr, "Partnership Program" with LAUSD. Besides Roosevelt, elections to join the Mayor's partnership are taking place at the cluster of schools surrounding Jordan and Santee High School. No word if "Zoner the Tagger" has endorse either side in this election.
For Roosevelt High School, this election holds special significance for the Mayor. After all, this is where the "FORMER TONY VILLAR" graduated after his "FORCE DEPARTURE" from Chinatown's Cathedral High School.
Now some umpteen years later, the "NOW ANTONIO VILLARAIGOSA" and his "allies of the willing" put their political capital(plus vans and buses) on the line. local press are full of stories of organizations such as "Inner City Struggle" walking the streets for the mayor's plan.

Mayor, his staffers and Huizar's staffers all working the neighborhoods. Don't look to their offices doing their "real" jobs today. People are being told the MAYOR will remember those who voted for him one resident stated. Promises by Huizar and Antonio are being made to get votes. Wouldn't it be great if Antonio had this as yet another failure?

Really sad that Monica Garcia always is wearing the same black suit. I'm not making fun but this is what happens when women allow their weight to get way out of hand. She will have a heart attack one day and the people like Jose, Antonio and the other goons using her don't even care.

12:26- got news for you, even if there was no special school election, those offices would not be getting "real" work out.

As for Monica Garcia, she's an adult and can decide if she's being "used" by the guys that put her in her office. I think she's doing a lot of "using" herself in that position. No sympathy for her. She's just another noisy propagandist for her own special interests.

Red Spot Burro writes ....
"Even LAUSD has send out a flyer that advocates for the Mayor's plan."

As usual our Red Blogging Burro exposes his lack of elementary grammar skills. I wonder which school Red Spot was “forcefully departed” from.

Re LAUSD; I'm being told that there are "parents at Roosevelt receiving phone calls from SEIU urging them to vote."

One parent asked "how does an SEIU employee get personal info on a school's parents in order to do this? "

You know damn well Antonio has everyone out there working for him. He knows if he loses this battle he can move to another city. So SEIU is also working for him along with city staffers. Let's see how many council staffers are also helping him on city time.

Speaking of sluts, remember in yesterdays's news, we heard of a rape on the USC campus, well she was actually drunk and had sex in the bushes.

***************

Student Found Unconscious In USC Room
LOS ANGELES (CBS) ― A female student found somewhat unresponsive early Tuesday morning on the USC campus was not raped, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

"We have no crime," Officer April Harding of the Media Relations office said. "The woman was interviewed and she admitted she was drinking and passed out. She was not raped."

The woman, who attends USC, was discovered somewhat unresponsive by another student on the campus, and police were investigating the incident as a possible rape, authorities said.

USC campus police reported the incident to the Los Angeles Police Department's Southwest Station at 4:20 a.m., Sgt. Frank Banuelos of the LAPD's Southwest Station said.

The 18-year-old woman was partially clothed when she was found in the Social Sciences building.

She was taken to a hospital.

Did the SC student get loaded all by herself or was there anyone else involved, as in "getting her drunk"- there ARE lots of 18 y.o. students that are not seasoned college drinkers (yet?).

What is a "slut" then? Someone who gets caught without all their clothes? Any female who gets drunk?
An unmarried female who has sex?

Well, just a little thought to give the situation instead of the reflex response that is not necessarily fact-based.
