ZD UPDATE THREAD: 912 REVIEW COMMISSION MEETING TONIGHT at 6:30pm & Mayor Sam "LIVE" on Kevin James This Week

SHADY ALERT: It's a 911 about the 912 REVIEW COMMISSION MEETING TONIGHT First of all, the shadiest bunch of stakeholders in the community, Los Angeles Neighborhood Council's "912 Review Commission" (ooooh...big fancy title...where's the "Dragnet" sounder), will jerk each other off this evening at 6:30pm in the DWP building downtown. (Fraud attracts fraud.) Hopefully, a stakeholder will boogie down to the Skid Row infested "dead as a doornail" downtown building to go, "on-the-record" and do a little recap of all the f*cking bullsh*t, non-sense these wannabe clowns think they are getting away with. [Well they may have been getting away with it, but they aren't fooling anyone. Hopefully, someone can print out my "Racketeering Complaint" against NC, attend the meeting -- and read it, during public comment.]

The purpose of public comment isn't to try and pursuade these desparate community backstabbers, themselves, that NC is nothing more than a big "Planning and Development" racket (they can stick earplug in they ears for all I care, those desperate Charter violators: It's to go "on-record", which paves the way for any legal action, down the line. (If you do not go on the record at these public hearings, you cannot take legal action down the line.)

MAYOR SAM "LIVE IN STUDIO" ON KEVIN JAMES: Listen for MAYOR SAM, of MAYOR SAM'S SISTER CITY BLOG...LIVE IN STUDIO...Wednesday 10pm hour on Kevin James (AM 870-KRLA)! [On the heels of Walter Moore's "In Studio" apperance, last week.]

OPENING ACT: Before Sam on James, catch Zuma Dogg on (Eastside pillar) Jose Aguilar's TIME-WARNER TV show, Thursday at 8pm on ALL TIME-WARNER Public Access channels in L.A. (Serious half hour of heat!)

And check out all the latest ZUMA "Bat" Gadgets, like new shady-fighting "custom" search engines, and the Glassell Park/Citywide NC corruption stories for tonight's 912 jerk-off session at ZumaTimes.com. donate to ZAP/ZT

I think my efforts, in collaboration with everyone else who I network with, has been encouragingly effective. Of course the river of corruption runs so wide and so deep, it does feel like you are trying to capture Niagra Falls with a Dixie cup...but, bro...if you wanna know what change we have effected this past year, just aks your former rising star Mayor, or any elected official in the City. Especially regarding housing. Anyway, one thing I've effected that is QUITE documentable...how ZD has changed the course of crybaby losers, like you (Mr. First to post crybaby stuff, within minutes of my every post.) I mean look at all the time I am taking away from Clinton campaign staffers, One-term Mayor staffers (can't win in LA without latino females), and all the jock tippers sinking along with him.

HA HA HA...HA, HA...F*CKING HA! Can Eli, Latham, Watkins, Velasquez, et al get a refund on their "tanked" investment? Too bad the "False Claims Act" has been effectively overturned. All those people who invested in Antonio Viagraosa just found out they lost their investment in the Gubenetorial gravy train.

BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY
BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY
BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY

What does Antonio's, now failed attempt to secure the State Governor's seat do for the chances of Velazquez' mission for "people of color to RUN the State?"

It was going so well!!! But, (Deniro voice)...YOU BLEW IT!!!

So, yeah, I guess the mayor's staff of bright spin doctors have a lot of time on their hands to monitor my every comment. So if nothing else...I have overtake YOUR soul, and caused you to occupy a whole lot of your time, that ain't going elsewhere. (See "Opportunity Cost"/"Lost Time"). HA! Now, "Say what again, and I'll add some details and post it on the main thread, and http://clintonforpresident.blogspot.com (and about 100 other presidential campain blogs in the ZD ZAP network. You have effected no law or policy changes at all??

11:33pm,

It is what it is baby! I've dragged my ass downtown to meetings, for over a year. Some people have been aksing if I am going tonight. (Which is how I found out about the meeting.) And all I am saying, is there are 3,999,999 million other people that can go "on the record" with the same info. But if someone wants to be sure someone shows up, I'll do it. Don't worry bro, no one's gonna paypal...it's pretty rare...but this way, people won't be aksing me to do what they can just as easily do, just cause they don't feel like doing it.

See, because I'm a homeless bum, that never gets paid for my time, people think the time has no value...it's like that old "Life" cereal commercial, "Hey, let's get Mikey to do it!"

JUST CALL ME MIKEY, Y'ALL!!! It's summer, I'm near the ocean (even though I am inside)...AND I DON'T FEEL LIKE GOING TO SUCK ASS DOWNTOWN AT 6:30pm...it's dead as a doornail, and you don't feel safe. AS A MATTER OF FACT...F*CK IT...DEFINITELY N-O-T GOING...DO NOT PAYPAL!!! (unless you just want to, anyway.) I SIMPLY CANNOT BRING MYSELF TO TRAVEL DOWNTOWN IN SMOGGY, GRIDLOCK TRAFFIC. Just for a meeting and then have to travel right back.. I mean it's not like there's anything else to do downtown, once you are there? So why put my safety at risk?

Wow!!! 11:44 must need a prop 215 card, or something. Look how HELL BENT he/she is on proving to the whole world that everyday people of the community, like ZD and his 50 activist friends cannot create any change in our city. WHAT ARE YOU A FUCKING COMMUNIST??? Why are you ashamed that a bunch of people can show up and voice an opinion to the officials elected to represent the community, and some of it gets paid attention too?

It's just because you take a combative "Us vs Them" mentality.

If I were Council President, I would stand up and say, "You know, special event fee waivers were created for all the right reasons. But over time, we have lost sight as to the actual reason in which they were created. So we would like to thank everyone who expressed concern, and we can assure you that you have been heard, and you will see, if you check the agenda, that all the big corporate events that were benefitting by "event fee waivers" will now be reimursing the City and taxpayers for use of public streets and services."

But instead, some "one time" paid operatives, have jumped off the leash, and gotten way too caught up and obessed with one guy. YOU have Billionaire's like Eli Broad, firms like Latham & Watkins, and every corrupt communist behind YOUR machine...AND ALL YOU DO IS SIT THERE AND WORRY ABOUT ME...

GOSH DAMN...I must be shaking things up. But now, with the Mayor shooting himself in the foot...ZD can sit back and let the magic work itself.

Fellaz, you know I haven't jumped on the divorce bandwagon...but it is relevant, cause although ZD doesn't base elected officials performances' by these things...I am told, Latino women DO! Way to go Hillary...I tried to send you the smoke signals on the blogs...but I guess you got bamboozled by the Three Stooges (Nuckehead Nunez, Viagraosa, and Gil Dumbdillo.)

HA! Y'ALL WERE WARNED ABOUT SHADYROSA...BUT YOU WERE SO DESPARATE FOR A LITTLE BIT OF HIS STAR DUST TO SPRINKLE ON YOU -- YOU TURNED A BLIND EYE -- AND MADE A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL JUST LIKE HE DID...YOU KNEW IT WOULD ALL GO DOWN LIKE THIS...Haven't you heard the story about the scorpion and the frog? Well, I never heard Loseroas say, "ribit". (That agendized, extemeist, niche, political nationalist.)

And I'll just keep saying all this and more, all I want, because, after all...no one pays attention.

HA!

NO EFFECTIVENESS, Y'ALL...(ps, where's Santa Clarita? ZD's never been there...but that doesn't mean I haven't permeated the area with my political power and influence, of which the mayor now has much less of (on a side note).

Santa Clarita Sidesteps Public Hearing Process on Eminent Domain

The text of this new redevelopment ordinance is scary at best, and certainly fits blogger Zuma Dogg's renaming of the Community Redevelopment Agency as the "Community Robbers Agency" where he accuses these agencies of "eminent greed and ...

[ More results from Santa Clarita ]

[for those of you who may not be familiar, "Zuma Dogg" is someone who comments regularly before Council, on radio and blogs on all the shady fraud, waste and abuse inside City Hall (which is over-run with extereme/niche agendized politicians who's mission is to have "people of color RUN the State government." AND our Mayor, Assemblymembers, and elected officials throughout the city and state are trying to advance that goal through "education" like William Velasquez's "non-profit" group.

So hello to all my new Santa Clarita fans!!! Check out all my story archives on ZumaTimes.com.

You'll be BEGGING them to claim eminent domain on your property and you'll head straight up the NAFTA superhighway to Canada.

BUT, luckily, to the rest of the SCAG region (six counties surrounding skid row/city hall area)...LA City Mayor just tanked his chances of progressing the whole movement, and set things back , at least, a few years.

AND NOW...Antonio has made it tougher for a lot of other people, around him to advance the niche-political agenda, as well.

Just run a few names in the Zuma Times "Shady Searchers" (Start with the "Zuma Chick" engine.

You'll see all the names tie together...This guy Villaraigosa...MAN...he travels in SOME circle...YIKES!

See, what the US needs to do, is legalize cocaine, so OUR government can make the money and back candidates who AGREE with the US Constitution, to combat the one's who don't.

Wonder where Dobbs/O'Reilly/LA Times/etc are on this. We have a virus running through the US political system...but everyone's worried about Imus, or Hilton, or Tony's love life. IT AIN'T HIS LOVE LIFE THAT'S THE PROBLEM, Y'ALL!!! AND THE PROBLEM WITH SEMILLA AIN'T THE SYSTEM OF COUNTING TO 20 instead of 10!!! Or teaching elementary school kids communist languages...IT'S ABOUT THE MONEY Y'ALL!!! And some of that money gets old and dirty...so you gotta clean it y'all...cause you don't wanna get your hand dirty from all that dirty money. (You never know who's hands have touched it....well, actually you do...See "Zuma Chick" search on ZT.com.

And luckily no one reads my incoherent ramblings. So don't mind if I pick up the story in a bit...(meanwhile...look what you crybaby losers do. I was trying to watch some fun youtube music videos to take my mind off the corruption...but you keep reminding me of all the little problems, and how do you solve those little problems...and it all connects to big problems...and my cell phone doesn't reach that area code.

So you keep posting, so I can keep posting...I've got all day and night...I haven't been hired by any local or national elected officials...so my time isn't at their expense!

1:31pm,

Who posted the Mayor Sam promo? He told me over the weekend, and I aksed him today when he was going to announce it. He said he couldn't do it until this evening...and I aksed him if I could post it this morning, so more people would have a chance to see it. So yeah, I put some funny passive aggressiveness in the post, but how much of a crybaby can I be, when "I" was the one more concerned with promoting it than Sam, himself.

And do you SERIOUSLY think I ever feel like I am competing with the mayor for attention. I certainly hope you are only spinning, and don't actually think that.

It does stink that newspapers and media don't report on real things like eminent domain, nc racketeering, density approvals in violation of charter, and the shady non-profit tie-ins, among many other things.

It's funny, the fact that you could even THINK that ZD is in an attention-getting contest with the mayor, must mean YOU must consider that...or keep score...or worry that I'm out attentioning him.

I can't help it if I try and squeeze as much activist juice out of the day, every day...I'm just trying to send smoke signals, in hopes of other media outlets picking up the stories...but they don't do it often enough...so ZD has to commute to Downtown Dead Angeles to go on record before Council, and notify La Gente via AM airwaves.

Steve Martin Voice: Well, excuuuuuuuuuse MEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

(Me and Shadyloroser are in different categories anyway. He does what he does cause it's money in his pocket at the expense of the people he "claimed" to represent. ZD does it, just cause I'm pissed off at what I see, and want to put as much pressure as one single, broke-ass, broke-down individual can do.

YOU PATHETIC NO SPIRIT OF THE COMMUNITY FEELING LOSER...NO WONDER YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ANY OF THIS...NOW GO CHECK THE TIMETABLES TO MAKE SURE ALL THE PEOPLE OF COLOR ("in our case Latinos"-A. Gonzalez) RUN the State Government, fueled by money that DOES NOT pass the "Zuma Chick" litmus test.

THEY ARE DROPPING SKYSCRAPERS ON YOUR MOM'S, GRANDMA'S, AUNT'S AND CHILDREN'S HOMES YOU DUMB FUCK!!!

YOU SUPPORT THIS...YOU SUPPORT ALL THE THINGS BEING DONE TO FUNNEL THE CITY A-N-D STATE COFFERS INTO THEIR OWN BACK POCKETS??? IT'S BAD ENOUGH HOW THEY RAISED THE MONEY TO BANKROLL THEMSELVES INTO OFFICE!!!

NOW THEY WANNA STEAL THE "POT" (as De Leon likes to call it...as if it's a poker bet to lift) OF PUEBLO'S MONEY AND STEAMROLL THEIR HOMES AND BUSINESSES???

WELL GOOD FOR YOU...I HOPE YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN KARMA...I HOPE YOU ARE NOT A SPIRITUAL BEING...HOW COULD YOU BE AND WASTE ALL YOUR TIME LATCHING ON TO THE JOCK STRAP OF A LOSER WHO JUST BLEW ALL THAT ANYWAY. (No wonder you're so cranky this week. Gravy Train just got derailed like your "Subway to the Sea."

HOW ARE YOU GONNA BUILD THAT LOSEROSA AND MERCHENARY INC --- WHEN YOU REFUSE FEDERAL INFRASTRUCTURE MONEY OVER POLITICAL CONCERNS...AND THE FEDS ARE GONNA GET THEIR WAY ANYWAY.

(Man, your combativeness, hostility, ego, and miscalculations really get the best of you. YES, MISCALCULATIONS! Tankarosa and his spin crew were CERTAIN, CERTAIN, CERTAIN AB 1381 would finally win at the highest level. HA! They though Prop H would pass, too. (LOL!) LAX, Air Rights, vacancy rates, EIR requirements, zoning variances (some of the other miscalculations)...OH NO...SMART GROWTH WAS BASED ON THE PREMISE OF STILL BEING ABLE TO IGNORE ALL CHARTER LAW, LIKE WE ALWAYS GET TO DO...

SORRY BITCH! It's called the internet and TV 35 -- and, as you can see...those days are over. And so is the political advancement of the tip you jock...Ain't life a bitch...you can be so smart, so talented, so organized, so hard working, invest so much emotion and passion into someone you believe in...and what's the use...Elvis' people used to say, "You can't protect Elvis from Elvis."

And the people of Los Angels now, also know..."You can't protect Antonio from Antonio."

Fellaz! You know I admire you for your thoughtfulness, intelligence, passion and organizational skills...And at first I didn't "get it" (not wanting to hear about his personal life)...but I see that THIS is the kind of stuff that takes down corrupt Scarface-like politicians...I thought it was over bad policy)...But although I am glad HIS political career is now on the downswing...I am not taking pleasure in your pain, over this.

I hope the right politician comes along to secure your services who is still shady enough to get the money, then the power to get elected...but not trying to live out some Scarface sequel.

Good luck! You guys are awesome at what you do...you can't help it the mayor is a degenerate at heart...and there's another gravy train that will be strolling through town to replace him. Always is...just as Robin Kramer!

Roger Daltry: "Meet the new boss...same as the old boss...WE WON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN!"

And I hope you guys don't again, either. I hope Tony needs YOU GUYS some day and you can return the favor.

I think ZD has been extremely effective in creating a whole generation of community leaders who now know how NOT to interact with City Hall if they want to be taken seriously at all, plus several levels of elected leaders who go out of their way to avoid him.

Whether they're sleazy, or not, no serious politician wants to waste time as part of his side-show. (Sure, if they're cornered they may try and make the best of it and maybe a few will mug for the camera). But no one WANTS to interact with him - and NO, it's not because he's adept at playing "gotcha" and nails them for misdeeds.

It's more like he's playing "got-myself" and now you get to watch him perform the civic activism equivalent of jerking off in public.

2:36pm,

You can say what you want, but I must say, any of the CMs I speak with, on camera, or off will tell you the LAST thing I do is "corner" them and play, "got ya". Just the opposite. They will tell you ZD tries to get the other side of the issue, bends over backwards to try and get that side of the story (when I could easily just stick to the pueblo's take) -- and if they tell me something in confidence, they know it stays that way...so do you.

So whether or not my efforts are effective my be a discretionary debate -- YOU'RE ENTIRE ARGUMENT IS DISCREDITED WHEN YOU FLAT OUT MISREPRESNT AND FLAT OUT LIE REGARDING MY INTERACTION WITH PEOPLE, WHEN YOU ARE NOT ON THE PHONE LINE, OR EARSHOT OF MY CONVERSATIONS WITH CMs, who not only talk to me in person, approach ME after my comments but take and return my calls.

I don't have relationships with EVERY CM...but their offices ALL answer my questions if I call...and I rely on the one's who I DO have relationships with to get the info I need.

And although, the reference Padilla made giving me credit for, "getting his campaign over the hump with an endorsement", all I did was call his office to aks what his website was)...And even if I did make reference to his campaign, I had O% to do with his victory...but again...you have to put out the lie that I endorsed his opponent.

YOU ONLY CAN SCORE A POINT THROUGH LIES (which people see through anyway). All I have to do, is re-cap everything the mayor has done, thus far. Bro, I know all politicians are shady screw-ups...but common...this guy is losing because of ego and hostility...not the usual reason of overall ignorance. I mean if Tom Lebong was tanking the City because he's just an affable football cheerleader, shallow guy, that's one thing...but Antonio is just ego-driven, combative and hostile. It's all reflected in his supporters lies and propoganda posted here...the last bastion of effort to protect the image of the little man behind the curtain...and now...no one is fooled, or enamoured with the slick, impressive, diversionary image on the screen in front of them. And yes, I had NOTHING to do with any of that. Isn't it funny...I try so hard to chip away at the armour over his failed and unconstiutional agenda items...and he ends up defeating himself.

Like you, my mayoral supporting amigo...I could have just stayed home, all year...and we'd be in the same place anyway. The end of the rise, and the beginning of the move into private sector. Hope he keeps you guys along with him in the transition. After all, it's not like you failed...he did it to himself. And I do have empathy for the mayor, because it's not an easy thing to go through. I just hope he uses this pain as leverage to create change from within. (Ask A. Gonzalez...he's been through private Tony Robbins training, it appears from the YouTube videos.)
