When is a Committee Not a Committee?
Our friends at the Glassell Park Neighborhood Council have figured out a way to get rid of their Planning and Land Use Committee, even though its required by their by-laws: Just pretend it doesn't exist.

Why?
Because more people aware of what they were doing might have threatened their equally fascist hold on the neighborhood council there.

Outreach? Look at the other GPNC video on youtube you will see they have empty tables, at one event they paid $2k for sponsorship and just left an empty table with some rocks on it.
The fact still remains that no one can get information about the GPNC but BRADLEY is using a "clandestine" email list to send information to only those that he wants to inform. Talk about Transparent!!!!!
