City Lets Illegals Revoke Citizen's Permit

By Walter Moore, Candidate for Mayor Of Los Angeles, MooreIsBetter.com.

Activist Ted Hayes went to the trouble of getting a lawful permit to stage a peaceful protest, against illegal immigration, in a park. But laws meaning nothing to the City of L.A., because we don't have rule of law here. Instead, we have mob rule, driven largely by people who aren't even in the country legally.

So the people who bring you Special Order 40 today brought you a new travesty today: illegal aliens can revoke permits.

Villaraigosa's and Bratton's police department refused to protect the rights of Hayes and his followers to assemble peacefully and protest, in accordance with their rights under the First Amendment and their City-issued permit.

Instead, a mob of pro-ILLEGAL alien protesters, WITHOUT A PERMIT, were allowed to occupy the location specified in the permit. Rather than ordering the illegals to disperse for assembling without a permit, the American citizens who had a permit were ordered to go away. After all, we mustn't have any TV pictures of the police ordering "immigrants rights" protesters to disperse. That would be too "May Day Melee."

This town is so far gone it's not even funny.

We're told the City won't enforce federal laws because, well, immigration is a "federal" problem. If that's the real reason, then why won't the City enforce its own lawful permits? Is that a "federal" problem, too? Of course not. This has nothing to do with "federal" problems. This is about corrupt politicians who don't give a damn about our country, our culture, or even the pretense of rule of law.

If you want something better for this City, you know what to do: go to MooreIsBetter.com. and contribute to the campaign of a candidate who will revoke Special Order 40, and will protect the rights of citizens who have obtained permits for peaceful protests.

When the day has come that Black American citizens with a legal parade permit are denied their rights as Americian citizens to peacefully protest because a mob of illegal aliens did't like their message -- this city (and this state) are lost.

In April 2006 almost a million illegal aliens (not to mention one of their main cheerleaders -- the Mayor of Los Angeles Antonio Villaraigosa) poured from everywhere onto the streets of downtown L.A., blocked traffic, closed stores, trashed the American flag and proudly waved the flag of the foreign country of Mexico. At that time these illegal aliens had all the L.A. city officials and the LAPD bend over backwards to accomodate them so that they could do their pro-illegal alien protest march on our streets.

But when a small group of Black Americans today used their civil rights to lawfully hold an anti-illegal immigration protest march -- with LEGAL parade permits -- they are forced to stop their protest and to leave because a mob of illegal aliens wanted to shut them down?

I'm afraid it is now time to end "peaceful" protests and to begin to get our country back -- starting right here in Los Angeles.
SI SE PUEDE DEPORT.

David Hernandez here,

Just in from getting Ted out of the Baldwin Hills LAPD Sub Station. He and two others were cited for failing to disperse. We will be fighting this charge in court.

I was with Ted today and must say, today was worth every bit of frustration and anger. As the news spread of Ted’s arrest and the news media began to broadcast what took place, it was clear a new milestone has been reached.

The Civil Rights of Back Americans was again on the line. In the Baldwin Hills Mall following Ted’s release, numerous Black Americans came up to Ted and not only thanked him but hugged and blessed him for having the courage to stand up for them.

Some of our group was in the crowd on the other side of the street. Yes, there were some Black Americans on the front lines in opposition, but behind them were many more black Americans who were shocked and angered that Ted and Choose Black America were refused entry to the park even though they had followed the law and had a permit.

And yes, I received the usual threats and name calling that I usually do from the true racist who think because my skin color is brown, I should side with the illegal aliens, rather than Black Americans.

Have no fear there is a lot of coverage to tadays event and I am certain the folks are posting it on youtube as I type.

Next week we go back and begin to re-register Black Americans to the role of Independent-Decline to State Voter.

Ted and I will be discussing today’s event on Monday morning at 9:00 on the new decline to state radio show hosted by yours truly.

Did I forget to mention, I am no longer a registered Republican.

Hi. I'm glad you mentioned tuning into Terry's show. I'll make a point to tune in, too! Just when you think the City can't get any worse, Villaraigosa and company lower the bar even further.

Dave:
Thanks for the news-from-the-front report. Only in L.A. would the ONE GUY WITH THE PERMIT get arrested for failing to disperse! Did they arrest any of the illegals for failing to disperse? Or does their super-legal status apply to all laws, and not just immigration laws.

I'm sure Ted Hayes didn't do anything wrong. It's not like he misbehaved at his last Lemiert Park immigration rally. Oops, no wait, he did. This guy does not have a good track record, don't buy into the hype Walter.

Thanks for the update, and added info. The report I saw did not mention the laying on of hands. That was wrong, and he apologized for it.

However, I for one, do not buy that two wrongs make a right. Here's the part that bothers me: Hayes applied for and received a permit -- the application fee alone is $300 -- to be in that park to stage his protest. Villaraigosa's and Bratton's police should have protected his rights, pursuant to a City permit, to do just that. Instead, they surrendered the area to illegals and their buddies.

This is typical of the Villaraigosa regime. Illegal aliens are above the law. They need not comply with federal laws. They need not comply with city permits. Why do we even pretend to have a permit process -- or any laws -- if City Hall won't enforce them?

Now I get the full story - Hayes called it 'Choose Black AMERICA...etc???'

That's just as divisive as 'beating war drums, or waving Mexican flags.

things their group finds repulsive.

here's my take: homeless, unemployment, crack cocaine.

inextricably intertwined.

its a long bow to draw to say that illegal immigration causes black homelessness.

ask any black man with self respect who works hard and makes a good honest life.

its all an individual choice that you make. life is what it is. Los Angeles is what it is. If you choose to let your life decay into nothing, then its your own fault.
I always thought if ypou really want to, you can drag your ass out of anything, and turn your life around.
people with medical conditions excepted.

just imagine what a hotel room would cost if there were no imported workers? unfortunately Walter's 'market' of living wage hotels has already made the call on workers.

repealing special order 40 is your millstone. ditch it to have any hope in 21st century Los Ankeles.

hotel rooms in Mexico w/ the similar chains cost about the same, and guess what? the workers complain that the bosses keep all the money, really hit tourists for tips, complain to us... and they know that americans are big suckers. stayed at a resort which is an american-mostly hotel next to a french one, and at the american one, costing actually more, the workers wouldn't do nada without a tip, even took in the beach chairs every night and made you pay == at the french one next door, where the tourists wouldn't stand for it, the chairs were always out so we hung our there. better service and food for a lot less. -- so it's attitude and using this american liberal= guilt stuff... BUT I'm not agreeing w/ the overall tone of this blog. Just making this one observation.

Walter, the problem was there were 500 illegals who wanted to stop the peaceful march Ted Hayes was leading. When they got to the park there were too many families and a lot of children and if LAPD would have allowed them to move forward into the park it would have started a riot. The illegals were verbally assaulting, threatening, calling our cops pigs and refusing to move. It was a PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE. Ted is coming out of this the hero. The coverage so far shows how no one in this city can protest peacefully without the ILLEGALS wanting to cause trouble. Their actions are backfiring. Yes, Ted had the permit but when you have 500 people who were hostile, threatening wanting to cause trouble the best thing to do for public safety reasons is prevent the confrontation regardless. TED's message is now all over the media and because those asshole illegals behave like animals we all know what they're about. The illegals will march in Hollywood today. We need to find out how much their marches are costing the city of LA.

ok correction first:

"the problem was 500 illegals"

are you a fed? who says they were illegal? Reports, which I believe, seem to indicate they were a lot of black people opposed to Ted Hayes use of 'black' against 'brown'.
Sensible quite probably legal citizens opposed to this kind of racist trouble making.

Quote from the LA Times 'its a scam' in reference to Hayes activity. The community of Leimert Park was opposing his rally.
Black and brown together. I like that.
as far as the permit, that's an issue he should take up with the City. But anyone who stands up for law and order, has to concede that the police needed to prevent these situations descending into anarchy, and Ted Hayes can rightfully seek some kind of recourse from the City.

His, unfortunately, appears to be a racist agenda, and calling the opposing gathering '500 illegals' is just hysteria, nonsense, and laughable.
I totally accept there are problems, but gross generalizations are not helpful to anyone's cause.

Idiot, people who were there say the 500 majority were ILLEGALS. Ted has always been against immigration and who can blame him. The illegals have moved into the black community, caused blight, had tons of family move into 1 bdr. apts., gang violence, criminals, illegal vendors yet none of the clowncil members do a damn thing. Hell there's tons of Latinos citywide who are sick of the illegals and the way they have ruined this city making it look like a 3rd world country. Reyes and Huizar's district are the worst with blight, trash, illegal vending and they both sit on their asses and support them. At least Jabba The Hut Molina has signs all over her area telling the uneducated illegals not to street vend without a permit. As for LA Slimes going after Rocky's wife for not having a business permit, why the hell isn't anyone saying anything about the hundreds of illegals street vending without permits costing the city hundreds of thousands in lost revenue because they make tax free money. THEY DON'T PAY TAXES either cause they use fake documents.

To me, the question is this: who will control the streets of L.A.? Will it be the citizens, through government and police? Or will it instead be mobs that refuse to comply with the law, and with lawful orders to disperse?

Yesterday, the Villaraigosa administration chose the second option: mob rule.

Do you think the result would have been the same if the roles had been reversed? If a so-called "immigrants rights" group had a permit to protest at a park, and a mob supporting enforcement of existing laws refused to let them in the park, is there any doubt in your mind about what would have happened?

Either City Hall has control of the streets or it does not. Either a permit to protest carries the force of law or it does not.

We will not hear a single word from Villaraigosa or Bratton condemning the mob that prevented Hayes and his group from peacefully exercising their right -- pursuant to the First Amendment and a City permit -- to protest for what they believe in.

Los Anarchy, y'all...this fits right in with City Council's "liberation theology" agenda, y'all. Why would police move some people, to allow other people access? People are people, and land is land. Maybe those people do not choose to recognize your laws created by the people to maintain a civil society.

I mean...God made the planet and humans, latitude/longitude maps and geographical borders were not part of the plan. So if you want to trace things all the way back...the people without permits, who didn't want to make way for those WITH permits...were simply representing the attitudes of the people who were roaming the land, BEFORE the will of the people, inhabiting that area of land (community) decided to create rules and laws to maintain civility for everyone in the community (and prevent an "eye for an eye" system of mob street justice).

But that's O.K., because we are protected from this "mob rules", anything goes "liberation theology" anarchist behavior, because we have put in place a governing system of elected officials to represent the Constitution of the United States of America, and enforce this "will of the people." Oh...no we don't: Just Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Los Angeles City Council.

And they will stick up for your rights, until they end up giving you the right to spit in your eye, bash 'em over the head, and stomp on their heads. Then say, "Oh well...they are here, they have the right to be here, and they have the right to ignore our laws. We wouldn't want to hurt their feelings."

I find it astounding that local media hasn't said one word ABOUT THE MAYOR CONFERENCE THAT is taking place right here in LA til Tuesday and Antonio is hosting. Where is the media on that one? Why aren't they covering all the mayors from across the nation being here? Antonio's office always sends out press releases letting people know about his photo ops yet NOT A WORD ABOUT THIS. Could it be Antonio doesn't want the media to ask about the pregnant girlfriend?

Speaking as one that chose to be arrested by the gutless LAPD yesterday, I am disgusted by the lies and misinformation that is being said. There were no children in that park. A member of Ted Hayes' group got to the rally point late, and reported that the park was empty, since most of the anarchist-communist trash was on the street denying our First Amendment rights to free speech & peaceful assembly.

The only losers yesterday was the Constitution and the American people. Imagine being cornered and roped off for simply exercising your God-given rights as citizens of this country, while foreign nationals residing in the United States dictate to the LAPD who will use a park.

The whole thing stinks, and the people have only themselves to blame when this country goes down the tubes with the foreign invaders.

Today's march was a joke. ONLY 1,100 SHOWED UP. They're losing steam. Maybe the world cup soccer with US vs Mexico kept them home. Hundreds of our police officers, fire dept, etc. had to work to keep these uneducated morons in line. No other country would put up with this shit. Illegals here breaking the law and they get protected. A Senator from LA County said his office has received 1,000's of calls from LA residents against illegals. They are voting this week and I hope they start raiding this city with ICE and send these criminals back to Mexico.

To me, THAT is the important point. Either we have rule of law, and our permits mean something, or we have mob rule and anarchy.

Remember Voltaire -- famous French lawyer, and inventor of French fries? (Okay, I made up the French fries part.) He's credited -- rightly or wrongly -- with saying, " I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it." It's that sort of thing.

Speaking of which, anyone think the ACLU will show up for this fight? Me, neither. The last thing they want is something crazy, like the police controlling the streets instead of an angry mob.
