Martini Republic Jumps the Shark

It took a few weeks when Mack Read left LA Voice but only a couple for Martini Republic.
Yes, with this post here, Alex officially put on his leather jacket, his ducktail, said "ayyyyyyy" and with Mr. C and Arnold looking worriedly, jumped it. You know what it is.
Now I will admit that Joe might have egged him on. Maybe that wasn't necessary, but for Christ sake don't take the bait OR at least come back with something more than "I know you are but what am I."
Alex should know better than anyone that Joe can be cranky. Its part of his charm. So chill out dude.
Has the mayor returned yet?

Does anyone still read Alex's childish anti-Republican psycho-tantrums? I would say he's jumped the shark but that would imply he once had something going for himself.
Personally, I only ever read Martini Republic for the posts taking the fishwraps to task for publishing articles on the Achdiocese's pedophile coverups
Martini Republic isn't dead, it's only pining.
And Mayor Sam Jumped the Shark when he let Zuma Frog take over so much "wasted" space. All good things come to an end.
