If O'Melveny & Myers Can Make BILL CLINTON President, They Can Easily Make VILLARAIGOSA Governor

Contact: ZumaDogg@netzero.com, www.zumadogg.com

ANTONIO BACKER?: Zuma Dogg heard that one of the City of Los Angeles' favorite (top two) law firms backed Bill Clinton and got him into office as U.S. President. (Having a senior partner at the corporate law firm of O'Melveny and Meyers oversee all Clinton appointments really put the corporate brass at ease.)

Maybe a senior partner at O&M could provide the same money, ideas, speech writers, and contacts would to the perfect "mainstream" candidate for Governor -- and if they chose carefully, maybe they would also be backing the another "Next U.S. President"...ZD's pal, Mayor Antonio Viagraosa!!! (Now we see why the Clinton/Villar rumors started, too.) BUT FIRST, Eli's gotta get Tony re-elected as Mayor, cause if Antonio ain't mayor anymore, they may as well back Zuma Dogg.

ZD's BAT COMPUTER'S "BAT-TAKE": What should we expect from the first DLC President? An early clue came when he appointed the DLC's handpicked Democratic national chairman, Ron Brown of the high-powered lobbying firm of Patton, Boggs & Blow, to be Secretary of Commerce. Next, the head of the Goldman Sachs investment-banking firm, Robert Rubin, was appointed to head economic policy. (Goldman was the top Wall Street contributor to the Clinton campaign.)

These appointments were comforting to those DLC-type business leaders who contributed more than $40 million in so-called soft money to the Clinton campaign and to the Democratic Party. Having a senior partner at the corporate law firm of O'Melvaney and Meyers oversee all Clinton appointments really put the corporate brass at rest.

Huh...huh...huh...my BAT COMPUTER speaks regular English, but is STILL more confusing than Captain Jack.

I see Bratton's calling in the FBI over the Macarthur Park debacle.

Here's what he should do:

you know that test in the police academy where they pop up a decoy and you have a split second to react?

they need to get a cardboard cut out of a TV cameraman, and one of a credentialed journalist. then, pop em up, and any cadet who batons or shoots them by mistake, doesn't get to be a cop.

also, put all the Macarthur Park officers thru that test again.
I mean, honestly. Fox 11 news???

it's beyond comprehension.

Actually, they have it already.

The cadets that use the batons and rubber bullets on journalists who are fighting and baiting the police and ignoring orders are promoted to Sergeant right away and then teach the others.

They are getting a cutout of ZD and Matt Dowd for the next class.

Zuma is ahead of the game on this one. I see these O'Melvney & Myers guys are everywhere on both sides of the aisle. Scary! They own the papers too. They can get anything they want printed ... especially to screw over the little people. Watch out Zuma! Don't say much more.
