Even more reason to open a Home Depot in Sunland-Tujunga.
One of the "arguments" the nutcase NIMBYs who oppose Home Depots anyplace anywhere is that there are "too many" of them.
Soon there will be one less Home Depot. The Glendale store is closing to be replaced by a high-density housing development.

Jim Alger created a plan whereby he would tell Neighborhood Councils to buy equipment from Do-It-Center if a % of the profits went to No 2 Home Depot. If any money was left over, it would go to the Congress of Neighborhood Councils.
Proof is on this video about 11 minutes in.
This has implications for the Congress of Neighborhood Councils, No 2 Home Depot, Jim Alger, and Joe Barett. Something is really wrong with this picture and the City should launch an investigation.
