Cross Not Returning To Seal
The Ninth Circuit said it was okay to cross off the cross from the County seal.

We thought the 9th circut would never issue their decision.
Thank God they did and the issue can move forward. This is only one of two legal actions involving the cross and the county seal.
David Hernandez and David Horowitz along with seven other parties are part of the other case. It too was on hold pending the decision on the case of the county employee.
