Jerry Brown Sworn In
Jerry Brown was sworn in as Attorney General Monday in San Francisco. One interesting note is that Brown has announced that he intends to base himself out of his hometown of Oakland (working out of the State Attorney General's satellite office) and will continue to live in his loft apartment he made famous during his term as the city's mayor. Though Brown says he will regularly travel to Sacramento, Los Angeles and other parts of the state, Republican foes are claiming its the former Governor's way of avoiding the local Sacramento press but maintaining easy access to the national cable television networks in San Francisco.

Oh, if only Jerry Brown could run for governor again. That would keep Villaraigosa out of there.

The last line is just silly. I mean really! I have lived in both places and I would MUCH rather live in the East Bay rather than Sacto. Hiding from the Barracuda Fanged Sacto Press Corps! Snort.
