Leave no doubt; Reggie and Matt will make it clear that the Heisman went to the right guys.

Sorry, Vince, you'll just have to be consoled with a $100 Million contract; try to live with it.

As a USC alum, I think we should consider re-naming "Tailback U.". From now on we should be known as "Heisman U." And Mike Garrett needs to give Pete Carroll and his staff big, fat contract extensions.

Just for those who do not know, Pete Carroll had to BEG Mike Garrett for the job. He was Mike's fourth (4th) choice.

Mike Garrett is the luckiest guy that ever played too much football without a helmet.

Those of us who follow USC football never could understand how Garrett remained AD before Pete saved his ass. We knew he had pictures of Steve Sample, but we weren't sure if it was with a dead girl or a live boy.

There has to be discrimmination in College and Professional Football leagues. Why are there no Asians and Mexicans on the fields? All of the players are black, racism!

Racist leagues!

Did you forget about Anthony Munoz? One of my biggest thrills growing up is watching Anthony Munoz get introduced for the 1979 Rose Bowl and having him proudly announce the place of his birth, Tijuana, Mexico. There aren't too many 6'8" Mexicans around but his son, who starred for Tenessee will be pro next year.

Then there was Lupe Sanchez from UCLA who went on to star at Pittsburgh; and don't forget about Tom Flores from the Raiders; also Manny Fernandez from the Raiders. Jim Plunkett won a Heisman and Joe Capp took the Vikings to the Super Bowl. Detroit currently has Jeff Garcia starting at QB. The super bowl Cowboy teams had a tackle named Casillas. The list goes on and on - full of proud and closet Mexicans. Is Jack Del Rio Mexican?
