Wacko Jacko Does It Again
Yesterday we reported on Wacko Jacko Weiss' ethics fine he was slapped with. What we didn't know was the involvement of his 2001 opponent and 60s icon Tom Hayden. Weiss was fined $4800 by the Ethics Commission for failing to file 30 something hit pieces on Hayden - as required by law - with the Commission for viewing by the public and other candidates. Both Hayden and Commission investigators recommended Weiss pay $24,000 in fines.The most classic line in the Weiss case came from Commissioner and businessman Mort Allen who felt that the Council Member was deserving of the fine, but expected that Weiss will put the touch on contributors to cover the expense of the fine. Allen remarked to his fellow Commissioners, "Every time you guys make a decision to fine a councilman, it costs me money. The first thing they do is pick up the phone and say, 'Hey Mort, we've got a little fine problem, send me a check.' "

look, i am no hayden fan, but some of the shit that came out of levine/weiss puts my faith to shame.
they accused hayden of missing assembly/senate attendance. of course he did, hayden never signed the attendance book (he was there) because he did not need the 150 per diem that cardenas et. al. took to hit incall beatches.
Weiss has got to be the ultimate michael corleone with the brains of a fredo. he should have stayed at irell with his tweed jacket licking wessel's underballs.

There is no attendnace book in the Senate. They have a roll call. And he was never there.
I hope one day, Someone kicks Jack Weiss right in the balls and shoves their foot up his ass hard, for the lack of things he's pulled.

I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Maybe you should sleep in longer in the morning until you get more coherent. What does the last line of your second paragraph mean.."took to hit incall beatches". Or the third paragraph, "stayed at irell licking wessel's underballs"????
