The Mayor should ask General Zinni about the section titled "The Duty to Speak the Truth" in his recent book.
It should be required reading for employees in City proprietary departments, including, but not limited to, the Port.

I always wondered the same thing about neighborhood councils who were greater. Does that mean the other ... say North Hollywood or Valley Glen or whoever hasn't tagged themselves as the greater is the lesser.
