Holiday Closings

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Government offices, courts, schools, libraries, banks and post offices will be closed on Friday for Veterans Day.

Trash will be picked up as usual in Los Angeles.

Metro buses and trains will run on the usual schedule. Riders can call (800) COMMUTE for routes and scheduling.

Metrolink trains will also run on normal schedules. For information on Metrolink service, call (800) 371-LINK or visit www.metrolinktrains.com.

Foothill Transit will also operate on a normal schedule. Call 1-800-RIDE- INFO for specific route and schedule information, or go online to www.foothilltransit.org. The Foothill Transit Stores will be open during regular business hours.
