It was good to see that Kevin Roderick reads Rick Orlov who reported on a post originally posted here on Friday.

Hertzberg's team appears to have their underwear in knots over Romer's secret fund we reported on twice yesterday here and here. They even got Matt Szabo on his site and Brian Hay to start blogging again with the Daily Headlines this morning noting several stories on the topic.

Rick Caruso is popping up in the news again today with an op-ed in the Times.

It should also be noted that one job opportunity provided to the newly unemployed in the Harbor area has come to a close. Sorry guys!

The Governator signs the budget today at 11:00, followed promptly by Angelides spitting on him at his own press avail.

The LA Civil War mockumentary is now available for viewing (Spotted at Skunks of Los Feliz). It's worth the 10 minutes. VERY FUNNY!

Rumors also have it that uber consultant Steve Barkan is off the auction block. He is newly engaged following a July 4th proposal. Congrats!
