Word is that Bob has already asked -- and Arnold has promised -- that Huggy can be Secretary of State after he loses the primary.

The Secretary of State position should go to MAYOR JIM HAHN.
He would be prefect for the position. He could just move his staff in, rehire Troy, appoint McOsker as his chief of staff, Stein and Wong as his special consultants.....and it could be business as usual in the Secretary of State's office.
I wonder if Shelley will faces charges on the sexual harassment charges
