Bitter Bobbie Bites Back
Rick Orlov reports that Bernie's better half is quite upset about stories painting her as a negative force within her husband's campaign. The Teresa Heinz Kerry of LA has been known as a local dragolady for her meddling in her husband's campaign. When asked about recent stories placed by former staffers Bobbie replied:
If Bernie is Mayor she could be a lot of fun!
"I can't believe it," Mrs. Parks complained. "Why would they single me out? What happened to looking at the candidates and their responsibility?"And despite Bobbie's protests regardign criticism of her role in the campaign, Bernie's committee is paying her for something. This here shows some jack headed her way.
If Bernie is Mayor she could be a lot of fun!

Hey, forget about the money paid to Bitter Bobbi.....what about the money paid to Fabiani and to Carol. Did Bobbi work for them and get paid by them ? What did they do for that kind of money ?

Sounds like to me, when Bitter Bobbi is making her statements, that she is blaming "Bernie", the candidate for what the consultants were blaming her for ?

Mr. & Mrs. Bitter should take some lessons from their son Parks Jr. He is nothing like them and has the respect of others. Bobbi treats her husband like "Mommie Dearest." Remember that when Parks was chief we lost over 1,000 officers. He's lying when he talks about 3-12 schedule for officers. And please anything coming out of his mouth about "honesty and integrity" is a joke. Bobbi has lost this race for Bitter Bernie because she is a dictator worse than he.

The above blogger is right. Bernard Jr. is a class act. He is well trained and skilled in the area of media and is a respectful bright young man.
Who does he take after? Try his father, whom you may not like to admit, is always the consumate professional in his demeanor and behavior. Bernard Sr. is also much smarter than most people give him credit for being. He also has a great sense of humor when you know him personally.
His only misjudgement. . . . . you guessed it. His choice in a ....!!!!

I can't believe anyone would even bother to report $630 in office supplies. That is easily spent in a half an hour on basics. That is not worthy scoop.
Not a Parks fan either. I can't stand the way he babbles about the evils of flex time. What is he thinking?? Many other cities around us offer it. We were training cops and losing them to other cities. He knows that cops wanted flex time. And SLO's. Some respect maybe...
I don't buy that about less cops on the streets either. Nor does it have anything to do with how many days a week the average voter works. It's all the same amount of hours.
Doctors do it. Nurses do it. Many professions do it but just because they are private businesses, nobody can say anything. Our paying the salaries of police should not mean we should stop acting on the wishes of the actual policeman and instead listen to the former police chief.
The last poster called him smart. He may be, but he doesn't seem to know how the city operates. He seems lost.
