LA Loses to Boston for Olympic Bid
The United States Olympic Committee has chosen Boston as the site to represent the US' bid to host the 2024 Olympic Games.
Los Angeles had bid as well, with a major push by Mayor Eric Garcetti to secure the games for LA for a third time. San Francisco and Washington, DC were also seeking the nod.
