A Bloggin Message .................
Travels, work and personal decisions have kept us "citizen bloggers" away from the keyboard in recent days. Rest assure that bloggin content will increase back to its normal levels in the days ahead. Kinda like the number (six) of dead golden eagles that have met their end at the blades of DWP windmills. Since it is Mayor Villar's vision of "green riches" for the likes of Ari Swiller and S. David Freeman that has brought upon this "eco reign of terror", then maybe he should serve the penalty?

Looks like Mayor Sam is on hiatus again. I hope it's a short one as I know many are jonesing for their fix of LA's shame, scandal and salacious gossip.
City Attorney Carmen "the Clown" Trutanich must be amongst those relieved that MS is down so that reports of the disastrously low turnout for his City Attorney Family BBQ at the Police Academy on Saturday stay under the radar. Not good for the image when you host a free foood and booze event for your staff, and they stay away.
The reason? Rumor is that nearly all City Attorney staff have been forced to take a 14% pay cut, but Trutanich and a few "essential" staffers do not have to take a pay cut. Staying away was their way of thanking their boss for all he has done to surpass Rocky in ruining the once fine reputation of the City Attorney's Office.
