No FBI investigation is in process and nothing comes of all the other rumors and slime planted by his unqualified opponent.
BUT, 3 months from now ETHICS zaps Martinez campaign with fines for failure to supply that commission with campaign literature shipped out to voters - i.e., the stolen CD14 stakeholder lists.

By definition -- when someone pays an IE to support a candidate's re-election, that elected official isn't "shilling" for the IE provider, the IE provider is "SHILLING" for them!

Scott Johnson. Someone bought a billboard (a much bigger one, BTW), for Rudy - downtown, very early on. They value THAT at $24K.
(In contrast, LAMAR's sign for Huizar - is valued at $500 - about 3 percent of teh cost or Rudy's sign.)
We know you don't think much of Huizar, and maybe YOU can be bought for $500 - but I'm pretty sure he can't! (He makes $180,000 a year... I'm pretty sure it would take a lot more money, if he could be bought).

So, I'm having trouble understanding why YOU'RE having trouble with Huizar taking a VERY small IE from a billboard company that allowed (3,000 miles away) a CONSERVATIVE, Pro-life group to put up a billboard advocating a reduction in the use of abortion as a form of birth control among African Americans?
(You own some stock in Planned Parenthood maybe... is this tapping into your "porfolio" "RED SPOT" of the GOP in CD14?) What will the El Sereno GOP Club think of you when THIS gets out.
A billboard, by the way, that was pulled down when RABID LIBERAL hate groups like those associated with AL SHARPTON harrassed and threatened workers in a COFFEE SHOP that just happened to be in the same building?

In CD1 we are faced with two candidates who are losers. But, because we need to vote for one only I choose Martinez. We already have had Huisar and he did nothing. Nothing to help balance the budget and make the cuts we need in our city to keep the services we deserve and pay for as residents. So let's go with one who might have an idea... MARTINEZ!

With "independent expenditures" - the candidate "accepts" nothing.
They have no say so in what's said, and can not collaborate in any way with the IE payor.
