Tom Le Bong is a stuffy, stupid oaf, and every one of his colleagues knows it.
The problem with stupidity is that is usually coupled with the worst kind of stubborness. LeBong never stops looking for a way to accomodate all his special interest projects. Even when you think they're good and dead, years later they raise their head. And again. And again. What a pr***.
