The Ethics Committee & City Controller Seems To Have Too Much Time on They Hands...What About CM Huizar's Trip To Florida Over Wyvernwood?

DWP Whistle-blower YouTube Alert: Click here for video featuring attorney who filed the lawsuit against DWP which will publicly expose the fraud, waste and abuse -- and put it on the record in Superior Court. (Preview of what to expect to hear in court April 15, 2008.)

Hey Ethics Committee: How about looking into the campaign contributions of actual elected officials? (Instead of going after your opponents in retaliation.) I would start with CM Jose Huizar and make some phone calls and start asking some questions about some of the money flying into the City.

Remember last year's Superbowl trip to Miami? Wyvernwood? Fifteen Group? Shall I go on? Are we starting to see some of these favors be repaid? I think the Ethics Committee should be looking into elected officials, instead of un-elected officials.

NO WONDER ANTONIO HAS TO GET A D.C. POSITION. (To try and keep "Shady Pandora's Box" from springing open. Easier to control the attorneys from up there.)

MAYORAL SPEECH PATTERNS:
Is there anyone reading this who wonders why the Mayor can't complete a full sentence anymore? (Ask his former receptionist! What was he was doing on all those trips to skid row?) Some folks feel this type of speech pattern is the sign of illegal drug abuse. Wonder if the mayor could even pass a drug test? HEY MAYOR, THE CONSTITUENTS WOULD FEEL A LOT BETTER IF YOU TOOK VOLUNTARY DRUG TESTS TO PUT ANY RUMORS TO REST. (Many companies require this of their employees with far less responsibility.)

IS HE EVER WITHIN THE 15 DISTRICTS?: Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, now in Texas?!?! We understand you support that loser Hillary Clinton (two loser peas in a loser pod), but you're flying all over the country campaigning for a losing endeavor, while your city is in a declared emergency! (And all the added travel and long hours campaigning must be burning you out for your job as LAUSD Cluster Superintendent, Jack Weiss Campaign Manager and Mayor.

Take the crack pipe out of your mouth (if you have a crack pipe in your mouth) and get your tiny, short ass back into LA and start addressing the emergency in your own backyard -- you stuttering, wife-cheating, one-term, career-over, loser. (Why don't we just pass an ordinance declaring Robin Kramer, "Actual Mayor" and ask Eli if she can stay.) YOU LOVE CONSTRUCTION, ANTONIO...learn how to construct a full sentence. (You're mayor of one of the most important cities in the world, and you can't even f*cking speak, anymore? What happened?!?!?)

AND IF YOU WANT TO READ ABOUT SOME REAL CORRUPTION
...CLICK HERE FOR THE DWP STORY! (A bunch of reasons why they have a hell of a lot of nerve aksing for a rate hike.)

Dont call me names; its bad manners and you inability to respond means your spin is running out of ammunition. I expect that you are going to start attacking me also. If you can prove me wrong on anything I post you are welcome to explain the errors of my ways.

"Where are the tenants going to go?"

Wyvernwood Garden Apartments is located on the edge of Downtown Los Angeles,in the Boyle Height. Wyvernwood is comprised of 1,187 units.

Fifteen Group Land & Development - Plans to modernize the property
The proposed project will take several years to develop and construction will be comprised of 5 phases.
All Current tenants must relocate
Area will be redeveloped for a 70 area site
1,200 rental units be created
660 affordable(notice the word "affordable"..how much is that?)
units would be rented (not low income and not the 10% to 15% occupancy at low, low and very low, income rents which is the norm)
3,200 FOR SALE CONDOMINIUMS,
300,000 SF of commercial, retail, office space, and a component of civic space.
Nine acres of the property would be publicly accessible open space.

This developer said "this vision included feedback collected from a dozen meetings with the Wyvernwood tenants." (we believe less than 100than out of 1,187 tenants)

The meeting held last Feburary and Huizar said " There are no plans at this time to change the area" He lied..and he knew it...and we knew it.

As far as the drugs..he has NEVER changed! He's been using since he was 15 and hasn't stopped. In fact he used to deal the small time stuff when he was in HS! He was always broke...and NEVER had a real job!

Wonder how much he's paying all of the ghosts from his past to shut their bocas!

Daily News reported the Mayor has his people also campaigning. How much money is this costing the taxpayers since we're in a State of Crisis? His LAPD detail and staffers have to go with him and that is bullshit. The Mayor can't say two sentences without having to look at cards to read from. How pathetic!!!!

Funny though that an "anonymouse" like yourself has the gall to accuse someone else, who has a handle, of hiding behind some other identity.

Naw bitch, it doesn't tell anyone anything about my content. You sure seem fixated on people's wealth and social status when evaluating content.

I've been broke, homeless and jobless ever since the City pulled that illegal bullshit at Venice Beach. And since then, the City has rallied behind the info I have provided on national/local TV, national/local radio, blogs and youtube and newspaper coverage.

So it doesn't seem like people are too concerned with my personal life, except you. Ask Huizar and Antonio "Cement Shoes If He Doesn't Pay Back 15 Group Wyvernwood Favors" Villaraigosa how he feels about a follow-up thread from Zuma Dogg, even though he is a homeless bumb without a job.

I GUESS THEY WON'T CARE...

MEANWHILE, LET ME JUST ADD NOW FOR THE RECORD: ZUMA DOGG IS HEARING THAT THE MAYOR IS INVOLVED WITH AN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE BEST FASHION DESIGNING PLANNING COMMISSIONER IN TOWN! (No wonder Mirthala dumped his little ass.)

Keep spinning...I've got no job and I can keep this up 24/7. I've backed off recently, as many of you may have noticed...but if you wanna play hardball...

I WILL F*CKING CRUSH YOU!!! YOU KEEP FORGETTING, I AM THE ONE WITH NOTHING TO LOSE...AND THE ONES YOU SPIN FOR HAVE A HELL OF A LOT TO HIDE....

YEAH, What's up with Hernadez and non-profits. Speaking of smelling bad...I smell something fishy. Doesn't this guy work for Parks and Perry? Parks wants to run for BOS?

REMEMBER, ZD HAS HEARD FROM PEOPLE WHO WORK INSIDE CITY HALL THAT CITY COUNCIL AND THEIR INVOLVEMENT WITH NON-PROFITS IS THE BIGGEST RACKET IN TOWN. (AS IN RACKETEERING!)

(How do you think I stumbled upon "Special Event Fee Waiver" abuse? SOMEONE WHO WORKS AT CITY HALL PULLED ME OVER ONE DAY, AND TOLD ME.)

Have fun spinning, it seems to be doing wonders.

AND REMEBER: DWP Fraud, Waste and Abuse Story (Plus video of stuttering mayor who can't even complete a full sentence anymore.)

It was a terrible nightmare, the most horrible one you could imagine.

In the nightmare I found myself nude in bed, and I was looking at a mirror on the ceiling, and I discovered that I am a Negro, and I'm circumcised! Quickly I jumped up, found my pants and looked in the pockets to find my driver license photo - and it was that same color. Black. No, no, God no, it can't be!! I felt myself being very depressed, downcast, sitting in a chair. But it's a wheelchair!!

That means, of course, besides being black and Jewish, I'm also disabled!!! I said to myself, aloud "This is impossible. It's impossible that I should be black and Jewish and disabled."

"It's the pure and holy truth", whispers someone from behind me. I turn around, and it's my Boyfriend. Just what I needed!!! I am a homosexual whore and on top of that with a Mexican boyfriend. Sonofabitch!!!! Oh, my God..... Black, Jewish, disabled, gay, with a Mexican boyfriend, drug addict, and HIV-positive!!!

Desperate, I begin to shout, cry, pull my hair, and OH, noooooo...I'm Bald!!!

The telephone rings. It's my brother. He is saying, "Since mom and dad died the only thing you do is hang out, take drugs, and laze around all day doing nothing. Get a job you worthless piece of crap..

Any job." Mom?... Dad?... Nooooooooo... Now I'm also an unemployed orphan!

I try to explain to my brother how hard it is to find a job when you are black, Jewish, disabled, gay with a Mexican boyfriend, are a drug addict, HIV-positive, bald, and an orphan. But he doesn't get it.

Frustrated, I hang up. It's then I realize I only have one hand!!! With tears in my eyes I go to the window to look out. I see I live in a shanty-town full of cardboard and tin houses! There is trash everywhere .

Suddenly I feel a sharp pain near my pacemaker.... Pacemaker? Besides being black, Jewish, disabled, a fairy with a M exican boyfriend, a drug addict, HIV-positive, bald, orphaned, unemployed, an invalid with one hand, and having a bad heart, I live in a crappy neighborhood.

At that very moment my boyfriend approaches and says to me, "Sweetiepie, my love, my little black heartthrob, have you decided who are you going to vote for in the Primary?

Hillary or Barack?

Sonofabitch! Say it isn't so!!! I can handle being a black, disabled, one armed, drug addicted, jewish queer on a Pacemaker who is HIV positive, bald, orphaned, unemployed, lives in a slum, and has a Mexican boyfriend, but PLEASE don't tell me I'm a Democrat!!!

Speaking of losers, everytime you post the same copy and paste comment over and over here (the same one you have been posting everyday for the past two years, saying how you "occasionally check in...and go off on a rant about my living conditions", I'll delete your post and replace it with another one:

So here's another question to replace your same old non-issue oriented comment:

Since LA City Council President Eric Garcetti acknowledged on the record (as he questioned Maria Del Angel of LA Housing Commission) that there was a D.A. investigation into the Housing Commission for massive corruption...

HAS ANYONE HEARD IF ANYTHING HAS CHANGED?

I DON'T THINK SO???

WOW, no wonder Antonio has to make sure Clinton wins. Can you IMAGINE if the Republicans win? I think some elected officials may end up answering a few questions "on the record". (But don't look to the ethics committee for any help, they are too busy investigating the campaign contributions of people who run against incumbent CMs, instead of those actually who HOLD office.)

The whole city looks down on this mayor...literally AND figuratively. But go easy on him, he lost his whole family because he couldn't change his ways.

(Keep spinning on a personal level, loser...I can go personal, too! And this time you can't call me on the phone and beg me to stop! I fell for that last time.)

Speaking of Starbuck's and stock advice, I said sell starbucks at $28, even though people were outraged. (It's at $18.) And Apple was a sell at $200. Told everyone and anyone I knew to buy gold in the $700 range. (When gold hit $800, Starbucks hit $18, and Apple dropped below $200 -- I said, "F-it", I gotta blog this stuff for the record. And since then , I predicted Jan would be down in "historic proportions unlike anything we have ever seen." (Well...what happened, bitch?)

I blogged about subprime/foreclosure crisis in May of '07, predicting a recession to start in November, lasting through the year. (Clears throat: Losersayswhat?)

And if you do a google search for "Zuma-Dogg bond insurer crisis -- or credit derivatives", you will see I was a couple months ahead of the rest of the media pack.

But yeah, I'm broke and hang out at Starbucks. (Would you be happier if I was typing my Wyvernwood theads from a mansion?)

And it's not really Starbucks, cause they charge $10 a day. I bring down the property value of free wi-fi spots. But Starbucks will be offering free wi-fi soon, so I'll be all back up in this hizzouse!!! (Baristas, please have free coffee ready, as soon as I walk through the door. You KNOW you're gonna give it up, anyway!!! No wonder their stock is going down...too much free coffee for ZD!!!)

Hey Z Dogg, I understand that developers build housing and that housing is needed for growth, and that LA needs more housing, and I even understand the way the game is played with kick downs, lobbyists, favors, pressure on certain powers that be to get things done.
I myself have been in the construction industry for many years and have played a few rounds of golf at Oakmont, La Quinta, Indian Wells with some of the "players".
Hey I'm a realist and that's politics and the way things work, you got to know which way the wind blows if you want to be successful in business.
But and I say But! When elected officials get their hands greased and sell out their own constituency, the people that elected them to represent the communities best interest's, who forget about where they came from and set their sights on bigger and better things, and become front men for other more lucrative interests such as money grubbing developers, who would destroy the fabric and personality of a neighborhood by building ugly, monstrosities and stucco shit boxes with architectural styles that are totally foreign to an area with names like Wyenwood Estates or Bunker Hill Towers or Ballona Creek Del Mar, that are a tribute to mindless ugly development. Then that's where I draw the line.
As always, then comes the old tried and true BS of "Affordable Housing" which usually consists of a couple of studio apts over the garage and trash dumpster areas.
The rest is out of reach of most of the local people. And as the tax burden rises the local people who can't afford it have to leave and end up in Pomona or La Puente or some other deteriorating suburb.

And then when the "landscaping" (a couple of Palm Trees and some ice plant) dies off in a few years, the stucco cracks off, the roofs start leaking, the underground parking becomes a sewage filled sump, the parking (minimal to begin with) overflows all over the surrounding streets, then try to find the "developer" or make a complaint to the elected official who ok'd the project and you'll find they're long gone to bigger and better things.
It's a disgraceful circle jerk that's been going on a long time and has become an art form in LA.

Thanks for keeping the pressure on these sellouts Z Dogg, the people have to stay informed and the only way to fight this mindless development is to scream and complain and threaten as loud and as long as possible.
The old saying "The squeaking wheel always gets the grease" is very applicable here.

Unlike demonstrative pronouns, which point out specific items, indefinite pronouns are used for non-specific things. This is the largest group of pronouns. "All", "some", "any", "several", "anyone", "nobody", "each", "both", "few", "either", "none", "one" and "no one" are the most common.

Zuma,
Have you heard about the new Asian gang problem in Los Angeles? Apparently Chief Bratton and Connie Rice are going to announce a special gang initiative to combat the Asian gangs committing all those murders we see in the L.A. Homicide Report. Zuma, what does you bat-computer say about that?

When of your brilliant readers exposed that it’s really Asian gangs that have given the city of Los Angeles the distinction of “Gang Capital of the World”.

Pre-Teens and Gangs – Telltale Signs

Not all gang members are obvious in their dress or manner. Asian gangs, for example, are not immediately recognizable by their attire. Also, they may not display gang characteristics while in school. They are respectful to staff, do not disrupt activities, do not drop out of school and maintain their grades. In such cases, gang affiliation is often not known until a criminal incident occurs.

ANtonio does and says a lot of ridiculous things but he is NOT scoring drugs on Skid Row. He is the mayor of a city with a huge Skid Row. He needs to be over there but he also needs to do something about it.

Calif Dept. Of Corrections

DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND REHABILITATION INFORMATION ON POPULATION AND INMATE CHARACTERISTICS

• We currently have over 172,000 inmates as of August 9, 2006. Of these, over 160,000 are males and almost 12,000 are females housed in 33 institutions, 40 camps, and 12 community correctional centers throughout the state.

• Our male population is comprised of 38% Latino, 29% African American, 27% White, and 6% Other.

Females are comprised of 28% Latina, 29% African American, 39% White, and 5% Other.

I guess those asian gangs help add up the other 6%.

Not much of a difference between the Latino, African American and White prison population.

Alright, gang discussion is closed. I know you wanna take things off topic, but no one needs a bunch of Wikipedia copy and pastes. There's enough of the discussion up there. And I'm not saying it doesn't deserve a discussion, so go to a blog thread about the topic, or start your own blog. Thanks for understanding!

Thanks to everyone who posted comments in support of my "blog clogger" deletions by someone who's goal it is to divert attention from the thread topics. As you can see I will keep them off the thread, so if I'm going to delete those (for clogging up the blog), I felt it was only fair to wipe off the ones supporting the deletions, too. So don't worry about responding to future posts...i'll catch it.

Me personally, I don't really enforce for staying on thread topic. Any of my threads are also general open threads. But I know the difference between that, and intentional off-topic blog clogging. Even if it's from people who I like some of the time. ;)

I don't like Huizar he is too close to Tony Villar and Nunez. But lets get the facts right. Last year he had the Superbowl Party at his house after precinct walking. Ask Alvin or Juan Johnny Jay Jimenez. By the way both Alvin and JJJJ will be running for State Assembly.

Sunday's party at his house has nothing to do with Saturday in Florida, ever since the Wright Brothers invented the airplane.

And why is there an spingenda to make it seem as though Alvin is running for Assembly? I don't think that is the case except for in your fears.

Unfortunately, your fears are not going to come true, this time.

Zuma, you are an insecure loser who tries to act big. It is the usual cover for inadequacy. And boy, are you inadequate.

Your senseless replies and insistence on continuing to post a reply to every other post is disgusting.

I hope the guy posts all over the Internet. I am going to help and to encourage him, because we are all sick of you and your ADD hyper sensitivity. You caused nothing but chaos at City Hall and now it is your turn to reap the whirlwind.

Put up your post and go do something else; take a shower, shave, wash your hair, your clothes, or (heaven forbid) go get a job!! Or, go crawl back in your hole that looks like a van.

"Put up your post and go do something else."

This coming from someone who spends all day copy and pasting the same posts about Zuma as if it is going to change anything. Isn't that the definition of insanity? You are an emotional cripple who will never hold a position of influence in this city.
