The People Love Zuma Dogg!

It's a common happening. Zuma Dogg posts something. The usual clown continually posts the usual rants about "Homeless Dave," "begging for coffee at Starbucks," "Higby I've told you he's taking your blog down." Yea, you did. You even have in person. Repeatedly. I get what you're saying. And once again we run across something like this today:

Dave, you are an insecure loser who tries to act big. It is the usual cover for inadequacy. And boy, are you inadequate. Your senseless replies and insistence on continuing to post a reply to every other post is disgusting. I hope the guy posts all over the Internet. I am going to help and to encourage him, because we are all sick of you and your ADD hyper sensitivity. You caused nothing but chaos at City Hall and now it is your turn to reap the whirlwind. Put up your post and go do something else; take a shower, shave, wash your hair, your clothes, or (heaven forbid) go get a job!! Or, go crawl back in your hole that looks like a van.

Dude, get some new material.

The truth is the people love Zuma Dogg. Ever been at a public event where he's walked in the room? Its almost like Barack Obama as activists and elected alike - even those he's significantly skewerd - display a toothy grin at the site of the Dogg. City employees might feel the wrath of ZD if they're shady and corrupt - but its often many of them who secretly advise Zuma and trust him that their identities are safe and that the information is used only to fight corruption.

And ZD has never thrown any of them under the bus.

I get way more positive e-mail and communication about Zuma than negative. People ask about him all the time. He's sort of the everyman that were he making movies today, Frank Capra would surely feature him.

Highy what the hell is a matter with you I hate Zuma Dogg. I will not be reading this blog from this point on. Just like I told you yesterday!!!

Now let me tell Zuma for the 1,000,000,000 time he is a loser and to wash his smelly
cap, shirt, pants, himself, van, and shoe-aces and anything else I forgot to mention.

I almost fainted once when Zuma hugged me at a Micheal Moore event.
I'm not sure if it was because Zuma hugged me so hard, or if I was having a Zuma moment, or if it was because all of Villar's bodyguards
started speaking into their handsets
the minute the realized Zuma was not alone!

Yeah well we KNOW ZD rocks. But thanks anyway for the reminder, Mayor. ZD deserves all the glory you can give him for his selfless painstaken attention he pays to his otherwise thankless job. It is a job regardless of what the Zuma hater, stalker, obsessed psycho posts.

Orale Z Dogg! The people love him cause he's put his ego in check and sent it down the road with yesterday's papers.
Dude's got a good heart and is selfless in his quest to help other people whether or not they got more material wealth than he.
A true egalitarian and hopefully a new Renaissance Man of the kind we now need so desperately, who appreciates art, music and the kinship of his fellow man more than the almighty dollar.
Good karma begets good karma, adelante Mano!

Thumbs up for ZD from Abby D -I've seen the magic of Zuma Dogg first hand while at City Hall last summer presenting our No Home Depot in S-T case. He was greeted like a rock star when he walked into Council Chambers. He's had an impact on our City; he's brought attention to some very important issues, with humor, thoughtfullness, and good intentions. It's always a treat for me when I have a chance encounter with Zuma Dogg.

But, I have glorified you, so do me a favor and get a job, take a shower, shave, grow some hair on your head. wash your clothes and use some deoderant.

9:43 pm, thanks indeed. I know it's painful, but at least mayor sam featured your initial comment, which makes it's debut on the main thread for google searches. So not all is lost! And I couldn't resist sending this link to a bunch of my high school friends from the past...so they're gonna see all of that stuff you said, HOW EMBARRASSING...BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT ANYWAY AND ARE GONNA GET A HUGE KICK OUT OUT OF READING YOUR COMMENTS.

We take Zuma Dogg for granted but years from now people will still be talking about how unique he is and the true new art he's created. He's taken those lovely intangibles -- community and citizenship -- and worked it into something we can see and understand. Citenship as performance art. It makes it live. It's never happened before.

I get you. I think you're the best. You know I'm glad you're here.

I'm not talking to you right now due to our vastly different presidential views (and I'm kind of busy with that state in the midwest that is so important-I've got phone-banking to do), but I love you local!

Keep it up Zuma. Hold their feet to the fire. We love it.

So I'll end with..

I never thought I would say this...but I am a DOGG WORSHIPPER!

I was skeptical in the beginning...thought the Dogg might run out of steam and go on to other things; but he has earned his adoration!

He is a true man of the People!!!

He crosses all party lines and color lines...he is ojective in his quest for justice and ending the CORRUPTION in L.A.!

He is a force to be reckoned with...and Villar knows it! In fact, he does instill fear in the heartless hearts of those evil doers!

Mayor Sam...I hope you are taking care of the Dogg...give him a raise...he deserves it! He is our city treasure!

And, for all the Dogg haters...tough shit! He's right, and you are WRONG! We would be delighted if you just get the hell of this blog! Such a waste of bandwidth!

Go, Zuma...GO!!!!!

Mayor Sam I wouldn't go so far as the comparison with Obama. But I will say Zuma has the biggest balls in this city. Everyone expected him to fold and be a kiss ass to the lame ass politicans we have but he posts the corruption all around this city and we appreciate and thank him. Now Matt Dowd and Mike Hunt can't take credit or pretend they are like him. They are the losers. Keep up the good work Zuma.

Z Dogg, looks like you got some awesome responsibility's as a spokesman for the "people", who can't afford the tailor made suits and champagne dreams many of our so called leaders aspire to.

Seems that you are the designated "working class hero" and you fit the bill well dude.
You come at the "money changers in the Temple" from the people, with experience on the streets and as one who knows the scuffling it takes to survive as many people do .
You can't be bought off by these fat cats and that not only scares em but piss's them off. Don't look back though cause we got your back Bro.
Keep on keeping on, after the smoke and dust settles we could end up all the better for the struggle and living in some kind of Age of Aquarius where peace and tranquility reign supreme.

Well, it isn't.

Tired of Lies...

So is everyone else, that is why you get deleted. (You have a bad habit of extending the truth into little lies and non-facts that you like to tack onto your comments.)

And this whole thread was about how one lone nutcase spends 24 hours a day posting the same comment complaining about deletions and all the stuff about my living conditions that mayor sam posted on the main thread.

Your agenda has been revealed and all the readers know what is going on here with your napoleon complex-grudge. It doesn't seem to be working (See above comments).

I think the hater had their say on this thread. (Mayor Sam posted al that embarrassing stuff about me on the on the main thread, which is a lot better than the comment section.)

Just relax bro. It's just a dumb thread about someone who you don't think is even worth your time. (But look how much time you put into it.) Try and get a hold of yourself and start your life again. And if nothing else...gimme a break, bro...it's called, "The People Love Zuma Dogg"...are you capable of giving it a rest on one thread out of the past 18 months worth? (You GOTTA read Sun-Tzu "Art of War".)

I'm sure you are important in your own small (as in short) way.

Hello Hater,
Okay, you won't give up your name but can you explain WHY you post and re-post the same hateful comments about Zuma? We heard you the first, second, third, millionth time. Like it or not, your garbage comments have heightened his visibility. You've made him even more of the underdog counterculture hero. Why can't you see that and Move On?

February 21, 2008 10:53 AM

Yes, thank you.
Here's an idea. Take off a few months. Search for impressive juice(not this "he's homeless and he bugs Garcetti crap) and return here with dirt. Maybe Zuma's married an old lady for her money, or he pretends to be the man of the people though he's secretly living with a wealthy lobbyist in Malibu. Prove him out to be a fake, because he said himself he's homeless when the whole Zuma wave started.
And if you can get that juice, Higby will be the first to toss Zuma under the bus. But you can't get it, so best move on.

If I lived in a Malibu mansion, who cares? Are my blog threads and public comments only meaningful because of my downgraded living conditions? I hope not. I'd like to think that someday I'll be living in a Malibu mansion AND still blog and do public comment. Just be able to do it better. What you should be doing, is going through all the issues I blog about and shoot holes in my coverage. That's what is important, I hope. Not whether I live in my van, my friends couch, or my own mansion.

February 21, 2008 12:53 PM

Anonymous Anonymous said:

If you lived in a Malibu mansion with a wealthy lobbyist, I'd question your motives on this or any other forum. If you showed up at city council pretending to be homeless, I'd care, because that would make you a liar. Absent of that, or of bilking innocent people out of their hard-earned money, you're right. Your lifestyle is of no interest, except to the hater, who stupidly thinks his accusations are the same as real "dirt" and just doesn't get it that none of us cares about his recycled garbage!

February 21, 2008 1:10 PM

Anonymous Anonymous said:

Of course not if I was tied to a wealthy lobbiest that would be shady. And I'm not saying if I lived in a mansion and SAID I was homeless...but if I went from homeless to mansion, I hope the words I type would still be the same in your eyes. I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE LIVING THESE HOMELESS/VAN CONDITIONS!!! I used to rent guest homes in Malibu for $850 or more a month with great ocean views. I hope if I was blogging from there it would be o.k.

Everyone's pulling for your success, Zuma. You can be a trillionaire and your work here will mean the same. You missed the examples: "lobbyist" and stealing an old lady's money. Go back and read it again.

ZD says, "I used to rent guest homes in Malibu for $850 or more a month with great ocean views."

I hear ya. LA once had all this funky affordable housing and when that goes the artists start bailing out, too. LA is slowly losing the arts community like San Francisco did. A community can't house struggling artists if the artists can't find a house.
