Breast feeding from the busom of tax payers

First 66% of Angelinos were suckered to vote for Prop S.
Now the DWP wants your rates increases that they seek, to help pay for employee training, that would be for females, to learn the benefits of breast feeding new borns.
What Tony Villar is not avalible to head up this class??
And the "Mermaid of San Pedro" will not be far behind in asking angelinos to cough up more of their pesos for gang intervention programs.
ENOUGH!!

Jan Perry is right: these employees already have a generous health plan, and they include lactation specialists which can pay for this.
Patsouris is always the most frugal, maybe with his immigrant's mentality of saving a penny. (I mean the "old school" immigrant, not the kind on food stamps and welfare as a "right.") He's a good guy.
Comparing DWP to what private companies have is irrelevant. They can do what they want as long as they're profitable, but L A isn't.
Doesn't Don Garza breast feed on Jan Perry?
