Mayor Sam Appearing LIVE!
Sort of. Actually Mr. Higby (the individual cursed to channel the old, dead Republican mayor) has been asked to once again offer up his master of ceremony/event hosting skills as a "tour guide" on top the double decker buses being used to cruise visitors throughout the NoHo Arts District during the annual NoHo Scene event tomorrow, Saturday, October 6th.
You can catch the "performance" between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (with a possible extension until 5 p.m.).
And be sure to check out all of the performances, art, etc. such as local NoHo rockers "Kelly's Lot" pictured above.

Yes, the Mayor will be there.
I didn't know Mayor Sam was an illegal, but I'm not surprised. So he was begged to be a tour guide, huh? More like he begged for the gig to make a few bucks. You gonna try to rap it, be a fat white guy wannabe? That I'd show up to see. Especially if you do it in leather.
Did somebody say Mayor Sam is hosting the gay pride parade in leather and Larry Craig will be Grand Marshall?

4:38 p.m., Kelly has 6'2" boyfriend standing in between you and your dreams (one of her bandmates).
BTW, later in the day Tom LaBonge was sighted at the event picking up a free piggy bank from Wells Fargo.
