VILLARAIGOSA: The City IS Bankrupt Under Your Non-Leadership; START Worrying About ILLEGAL Street Vending!
FEATURED COMMENT:
Los Angeles IS Bankrupt and now they want to increase the taxes on the LEGAL half of the city while the Illegal Alien half continue to benefit? Thank You Tony Villar(alias). We Need a New Mayor, a REAL Mayor.
Hey Villaraza...you're so worried about the licenced/legal vending on Venice Beach?
Why not look in your own backyard and start worrying about the illegal street vending going on all over Northern Mexico, CA. (Aka: Los Angeles, CA under YOUR non-leadership.)
YOU WANNA TAX AND FEE HIKE THE HELL OUT OF THE LEGAL U.S. CITIZENS? WHY DON'T YOU START ACTING LIKE ONE, AND DO WHAT ANY ELECTED OFFICIAL WOULD DO...START ACTING LIKE A U.S. CITIZEN, YOURSELF (I know it will be hard for you) AND PUT AN END TO THE LOSS OF REVENUE CAUSED BY YOUR NEGLIGENCE?!?!
How are store owners supposed to make money, and pay the city taxes and all the other fee hikes you are imposing, when illegal street vendors set up shop on the sidewalks and doorways infront of these stores.
AND THIS ISN'T ABOUT VENICE BEACH VENDING! The City issues lifetime permits for this type of vending - and it is COMPLETELY LEGAL. LET'S SEE THE PERMITS OF THE TIJUANA FLEA MARKET THAT IS THE STREETS OF DOWNTOWN/EAST L.A.
DON'T YOU DARE CREATE ONE MORE FEE...OR CREATE ONE MORE ILLEGAL TAX...OR FORCE DWP TO MAKE ONE MORE RATE HIKE UNTIL YOU BECOME THE MAN YOU REFUSE TO BECOME -- ASSUME THE LEADERSHIP ROLE YOU TOOK ON WHEN YOU DECIDED TO BECOME ELI BROAD & RICHARD RIORDAN'S BITCH PUPPET...AND STOP LETTING DOWN EVERYONE WHO YOU ENCOUNTER.
I wish we could create an ordinace that would allow the entire City to show up at City Hall, drag your ass out of City Hall, and dump you on the side of the border you are MOST comfortable with.
Hey Eli...I'm sure you now realize you've made a BIG mistake. It's not your fault. Villaraza is charming and deceptive, just like the devil. So I hope you can find a couple other horses to back next election.
P.S. This guy Villar thinks the community is gonna let him be in charge of kids and schools? LOL! It'll NEVER happen. MARK MY WORDS...VILLAR IS NOT GOING TO GET WHAT HE WANTS ON THIS SCHOOL CLUSTER. (Only cluster f*cked!)

Zuma once again you are right on target with this illegal street vending and there are thousands of us who agree with you. Look at what the Mayor's office sent out again. All they can think of is have residents clean up the mess that the damn ILLEGALS make. Instead of educating them how not to live like pigs and pick up their trash they want the LEGAL residents to clean up after them. Guaranteed not one ILLEGAL will be out there helping to clean up.
Who the hell do they think is going to clean when most people WORK FOR A LIVING???? IDIOTS
Help keep our community clean and join the Lucille Beserra Roybal Youth and Family Center Along with members of the community as
We clean up between 1st Street & 4th Streets along Chicago Street

the majority of the LAUSD board backs VillaR. He will get his two schools, who knows what he will do with them. He just got $ 50 million (over 10 yrs) donated by two developers. He does not even have a teaching credential. His wife is a teacher. Jimmy's wife also is a teacher. VillaR just had a fundraiser for his office account- raised $ 1 million. You want good deeds done, give to red cross, university, whatever, but it so slipery for this mayor to keep raising money for his own cashbox. VillaR. wife was quoted recently about the meaning of comitment: "first you have to keep your own personal comitments".

Mr. Dogg, how do you REALLY feel about Mr. Villar?

DON'T BE SO SURE! He may, or may not pull it off. It's not only up to LAUSD. The "partnership" plans calls for parents/community to sign off on it as well...and that MAY or MAY NOT go as smoothly as it once would have. (Pre-divorce)
AND -- it will take a while to pull the whole together, with -- or without community challenges.
A likely scenario could be that just about the time Villaraza has his ducks all lined up for the school cluster takeover, it will be re-election time.
And since it is unlikey that MechaMan will be re-elected...it will be for the next mayor to continue through with the plans.
Now I know the delusional lawbreaking mayor thinks he is still a shoe-in for re-election (LOL!) -- but in reality...he is basically laying the foundation for this mayoral cluster takeover, for the next mayor.
Since classrooms are overcrowded, if VRaza takes over...maybe he can just hold classes on the streets with all his illegal vendors.
In all honesty...the best move for VilLaRaza would be to shakedown all the money he can get from developers for his school experiment, and hand the project over to Steve Barr at Green Dot.
However shady Barr and Green Dot may be...(based on who you ask)...at least the guy has the infrastructure in place, and has some experience in the matter. And is in the "education" business...not the running for governor business. (So again, it's not about endorsing Green Dot...it's just saying that I'd pick Barr over Villar 100% of the time.
And 12:03pm...I don't have any feelings about Villar...just the future of society. And I can think of no bigger threat to society, security and public safety than the current Mayor of Los Angeles.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WITH THIS LAW BREAKING LOSER. We do know ONE thing about the mayor...everytime he tries something relating to LAUSD...it ends up being declared illegal by any and every judge who hears what he is trying to pull.
SO YOU DON'T REWARD THAT BEHAVIOR BY GIVING HIM MORE RESPONSIBILITY AND "FLEXIBILITY".
And to all the mecha people who think I am making a comment on their organization...I am not. People can hold whatever personal beliefs they want...but when you become an elected official, you have to represent ALL the people, and have to become more objective.
LA's strength is it's diversity...but as an elected official you must represent ONE people.

Great rant, Dogg!!!
Actually, we don't have a mayor! He is THEIR MAYOR! I can honestly say I have never HATED anyone in my life until this asshole slithered into this city! I have nothing but pure, unadulterated, HATE in every cell of my body whenever I see his grossly ugly face or when he opens that deformed mouth filled with mal-occlusions!
That said (I feel much better now), has anyone covered the not-to-be-believed story that he said he plans to replace DWP workers with gangbangers because 80% (EIGHTY PERCENT) of the DWP workers are baby boomers and will be retiring?????????????
What is this crap all about???????
Is it true??????????
I will NEVER all a gangbanger on my property to read my meter or repair my gas line!!!!!
WE CAN'T WAIT 18 MONTHS TO GET RID OF HIM!!! RECALL HIM NOW!!!!!!!!

What's all this about Alatorre?

This idea for mentorship through the DWP is not a new idea - check out the article from 11 YEARS ago.
This is just taking something, putting new wrapping on it and trying to take credit for it. Chalk this one up how you want to...

That's all this guy does-repackage or steal other people's ideas. He was famous for doing that in Sacramento- he stole "Healthy Families" from Marta, Parks bond from Darryl, and School Bonds from Huggy-Bear. He has never had an original idea- not even when it comes to girlfriends.

Paxil for 2:55, too. Is this where all those who can't afford mental care end up ranting out their demons?

Yeah this Mecha gang banging cholo mayor wants to give his homies jobs that are better paying then hard working people who are decent. Gang bangers screw up anything you give them cause they're not use to working and making a living like the rest of us. They want to do it the easy way just ask Father Gang Banger Boyle. Although he employes gang bangers everyone in the community will tell you they are all still ACTIVE gang banging. Funny the lazy ass LA reporters never report just how many have been arrested. Antonio has lost more people who wanted to get the hell away from him cause they all know its only a matter of time. You can't live the way he does and not get the bad karma come and bite you back in the ass. Antonio is an evil, mean spirited, corrupt human being as bad as Satan

THEY SHOULD BE DOING SOME OF THIS STUFF
Illegal immigrants moving out
USA TODAY
Illegal immigrants living in states and cities that have adopted strict immigration policies are packing up and moving back to their home countries or to neighboring states. The exodus has been fueled by a wave of laws targeting illegal immigrants in Oklahoma, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia and elsewhere. Many were passed after congressional efforts to overhaul the immigration system collapsed in June. Immigrants say the laws have raised fears of workplace raids and deportation.
"They're selling houses. They're leaving the country." Supporters of the laws cheer the departure of illegal immigrants and say the laws are working as intended.
DO IT HERE IN LA
Loudoun County (Map, News) - County supervisors plan to ask nonprofit groups next week whether they check the legal status of people seeking help as part of a push to limit the tax money going to illegal immigrants.
Groups that don’t check immigration status could be denied county funding, officials said.
“The whole topic is a discussion about ending subsidies to illegal aliens,” Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio said.
YES DO THIS TO IN LA
The Virginia State Crime Commission's Illegal Immigration Task Force estimates that 6 percent to 10 percent of the inmates held in local jails throughout the state in the year that ended July 31 may have been illegal immigrants.

4:44pm,
Actually THC is for me...and I must admit, I don't have any...and it comes across in my blogging.
But seriously (even though I already was)...some folks may have noticed I seem slightly more "miffed" with Antonio and his posse, lately.
All I can say, is the more I learn about this guy, the more it REALLY, REALLY concerns me that he is the mayor of Los Angeles.
I know anyone in the position will be shady, and I'll always be able to find things to complain about...but I do think this guy is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY over the line.
I do think he is a dispicable character to have in the position.
I do feel just about anyone would be better than Villar. And something else that kinda factors in...I hear things about the things he does as mayor -- that I DON'T feel comfortable blogging about. (Cause I may not have the concrete documentation, or whatever) But again, I haven't been around long (about a year and a half, only) -- but the more I hear about this guy - the more I think it truly IS a tragedy...a true, true tragedy having this piece of sh*t running what was once the gem of the U.S.
AND -- I BELIEVE HE IS GETTING BETTER AND MORE ADVANCED IN HIS TACTICS OF SHADINESS -- AND ALTHOUGH HE'S NOTHING BUT A BIG, STUPID DUMMY...The people around him (Robin, Eli, Richard, Alatorre, et al) provide the top level, genius tactics when it comes to "the big heist" of the general fund.
So basically, Villar's inside posse knows ZD has tempered his act, and kept a certain level of "whatever". (Not going "there".) But I DO feel he deserves a slightly elevated level of disrespect to be dumped on him by the people.
It's the constant conflict I struggle with. WHY DO I FEEL SO COMPELLED TO TAKE ALL THIS ON, AND WORRY ABOUT ALL OF THIS? AND TAKE IT ALL ON??? If I DON'T post this stuff, it makes me nutz...but then after I post it...I feel bad about it...so all I can say is, sorry mayor...i know i've been a little "extra" on you...but that's because I'm scared as hell as to what you are doing; and i think you are outta control in the most nefarious way that any LA politician was, or will ever be.
(YOU ARE RUINING THING FOR A LONG TIME, FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. AND I'M TALKING ABOUT THE POLITICAN'S AND THEIR TRICKS. WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF YOU CAUSE A MASSIVE WAVE OF ACTUAL REFORM (At the doing of state and federal authorities.)
Anonymous said:
4:43, Actually, these illegals are NOT doing more for the economy than U.S. citizens in general, and ZD in particular.
I know ZD, and ZD is not an illegal. He doesn't live off the taxpayers, he doesn't throw trash into the street, he doesn't spread graffitti all over buildings, and he certainly doesn't drink a 12-pack and drive.
Here's a few other things that ZD does do that illegals won't do: he speaks English, and won't hesitate to learn how to speak and spell it better, he respects other peoples' property, and he demands only those rights which are due him under the law as an American-born citizen.
The next time you disrespect an American, you had better be damned ready to either fill your hand, or back up your statement with FACT! I have no patience for foolishness such as yours!
