THE ZUMA DOGG UPDATE (06/01/07) & NEW SONG ABOUT VILLARAIGOSA

* THANKS TO CURBED LA: for featuring a link to my comments on the LA WEEKLY story -- on their story about the LA WEEKLY story. Glad "Dumb Growth" is getting this kind of spotlight. CURBED LA coverage of LA WEEKLY'S story on Density.

* PROGRAMMING NOTE: Tonight, former KABC host KEVIN JAMES (now on KRLA - AM 870) moves into the 10pm hour, too. So tune in from 9p-11p, weeknights. No one hits up the mayor harder, and Zuma Dogg will be calling in during the 10pm to deliver "The Shady Report". [Zuma Dogg on Kevin James? Could be the mayor's least favorite phone conversation of all time.]

* LA TIMES EVALUATE MAYOR VILLAGROSSA: Not gonna call 'em LAzy Times, for this one. He's toast. I feel vindicated. See the article [with my comedy comments in brackets] here.

* MORE ZD TAKE ON LA WEEKLY ARTICLE ON MAYOR & GARCETTI'S "DUMB GROWTH": Neighborhood Council.blogspot.com

* GOOD ZD COMMENT (UNLESS YOU'RE THE MAYOR) HIGHLIGHTING ANTONIO'S "Public Comment" about Zev at the MTA meeting. (Tony, don't you know you are supposed to address the commission as a whole, and not make disruptive or abusive comments to individual commission members? Go see Dion for the 411, or should I say, "311".Metrorider Blog

* STORY ABOUT ACADEMIA SEMILLA/CHARTER REFORM AND CONCERN OF "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" IN VILLARAIGOSA & NUNEZ'S DISTRICT ON "Clinton For President" Blog

* LA WEEKLY ARTICLE ON (DUMB) SMART GROWTH MAKES ZD HEAD EXPLODE AND NEW ZD SONG "GOODBYE MAYOR VILLAGAROSA" [TURN VOLUME DOWN]

It ain't just the Z-Files, y'all...

Oh my goodness: Did you see the prodigious, bulwark of research, paper and ink know as David Zahnister's LA WEEKLY article(s) on the City of Los Angeles' (dumb) "Smart Growth?"
LA Weekly Article Story on the City's DUMB "Smart Growth"

* THIS GUY BRADLEY FROM GLASSELL PARK: Yikes! He and his little friends sure did piss off my Bat Computer. It's gonna take me a while to go through it all, but I'm sure by the end of the day, there will be enough information posted in this spot to make his "happy hour" pretty unhappy. And my reality camera crew wants to show up for the next meeting, too. Good Citywatch Article on Bradley's Glassell Park Debacle

* THANKS TO JANICE HAHN: for telling ZD he should call the 912 Review Commission over concern of CM staffers sitting on the 912 Review Commission. (Janice, can you do me a favor, honey, cause I'm so busy, and since you are a Councilmember...can you call them for me. Thanks! I'll let you by me lunch at ZD's favorite restaurant, "Lucky's Deli in Chinatown. $2-$3 dollars and it's too much for me to finish!)

* ZD WEEK IN REVIEW THREAD: Week in Review including Zuma Dogg coming to AFI festival movie screen next weekend, Downtown

Why did you brush off the Joe B. and Jim Alger video last night? Mayor Sam thought it was newsworthy. You could have scooped him.

You're mad at Bradley and not Alger? They're both dragging the NC system down.

alright bro, we went through this last night, and i will respond to it once today, then all future postings regarding my covering, or not covering of the alger thing will be deleted.

I decide what I am going to cover and not cover. Like you said, Mayor Sam and Joe B cover this issue.

I cover things they do NOT cover. I am interested in the glassell thing, cause it involves first amendment and video issues, that of course I am especially interested in.

You just said, Sam and Joe B covered it. You must like it when you turn on the 11 oclock news and see all three stations covering the same exact story, at the same exact time, in almost the same exact wording. (it's called duplication of effort.)

NOW GO FUCK YOURSELF...You've sat here and criticized me and have been my biggest nemesis this past year, and now that you wanna attack alger, you come running to me.

Don't give me this, where do we go for real reporting now, and ZD is taking money from alger not to cover it.

Who says I am trying to scoop anyone...especially fellow mayor sam bloggers?

The reason I always scoop people, isn't cause I know things other people don't...but I just choose to cover it.

So good, there you have it. Joe B and Sam are covering Alger, and I'm covering Bradley.

ALRIGHT BRO, THAT'S IT FOR THE DAY ON THIS ONE. Talk about the issue itself, all day long, but the issue isn't that I am not covering the issue. If you don't like it...start your own blog or Jaycees organization, or something yourself.

Why am I your fucking savior all of the sudden? Cause you just wanna use me. That's fine, everyone uses me and that's the way it's set up.

But I have never seen a more annoying, whinging, crybaby in my life--politics or otherwise. So shut the fuck up, do your own activism and I told you last night, you crossed the line on harassing me about this, and will not be posting a thing on it.

I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK. THERE ARE WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY BIGGER FISH TO FRY THAN YOUR JIM ALGER AXE. YES, it is a big story, it's the dumbest thing I've ever heard, and you can read all about, right here on mayor sam.

any further postings on this will be deleted, and if you mention my name again, in relation to my coverage of this story I will give you PLENTY of coverage.

That LA Weekly article deserves to be a Pulitzer! It was one of the most articulate and balanced reports on this "Smart Growth" plans I've read. Even pointing out how well Pasadena is designing this concepts right.

Mayor Beaneraigosa's "Elegant Density" is nothing more than a farce.

Archie Bunker,

Did you know that Zuma's cranky persona is based on you? He is nothing more than you in Snoop's clothing. (His "huh..huh...huhs" is his version of "geeeeeez, Edith!")

He is very happy you feel that way about the LA Weekly article.

And here is something Zuma wanted me to tell all the shady crybabies who think they hide under a vale of anonymity:

Superman may have had Marlon Brando put those crystal sticks in his space ship to teach him about humans...

But I raised little Z on a diet of the world's first "hypno-therapist" Milton Erickson, Richard Bandler and John Grinder.

Bandler and Grindler took Erickson's patient session transcripts and created a system called, "NLP" (Neuro-Lingustic Programming) -- which "decodes" what Erickson was doing and teaches the user how to practice the "art" of communication science.

Part of that, allows the user to recognize another individual's "patterns", that ZD reads like a fingerprint.

So to his best friends who think it is funny to post against ZD to "trigger" and rant --

and to those who think they can "reverse psychology" him into posting what you want, when you want...even though you are the same person who has posted more anti-zd weak ass propaganda that hasn't fooled anyone, yet.

Mr. Dogg would never hold that against you, when the proper issue presents itself. ("My enemy's enemy can be my friend".)

And to apply the NLP techniques to YOUR situation, regarding trying to embarass ZD into jumping on your bandwagon that he would have jumped on anyway. (Just maybe a couple hours longer than you would have preferred.) Here's the analysis:

You have taken away all the pleasure -- and turned it into a combative game of "chicken".

Some people like to move "toward" something...others do something to "move away". ZD likes to move "toward". Shady, crybaby politicians like to move "away".

So it is not up to the other to get someone to adapt to YOUR communication style. It is up to YOU to adapt to THEIRS.

This is where Erickson's work (and NLP, (which Anthony Robbins' entire system "NAC" is based upon...he used to teach NLP until Bandler/Grindler stopped him, so he revamped it into his own "copyright safe" version) comes in handy.

Police officers are trained in this type of thing, to some extent.

SUMMARY: People may THINK there is a vale of anonymity on this blog. But NLP allows ZD and his BC to be fully aware of who is whom.

And besides, it's so *@&*$ obvious, Hellen Keller could figure it out.

Bradley would prefer no one know his.

Hey Bradley: we understand you're planning a run for City Council.

VERY exciting!

Clowncilman Bradley sure has a nice ring but the voters won't go for it. Partial names don't fly.

Come out of the shadows buddy.

We're not going away.

Uh oh...

Looks like the mayor is against Bradley, too. Does he see him as a threat, since the pueblos like Bradley...UNTIL THIS.

It is if you read the tea leaves.

Zuma is reading all the documentation I sent him, but the poor kid has ADD from not eating, so it's hard for him to focus.

He completely unravels without his medication at precisely 4:20pm, so I would check back shortly after that. And mayor...get him some chronic so he'll relax, take his mind off your racketeering and go listen to some FM radio, instead of AM.

Hey, Zuma I can't believe you misses this story on your hero.LOL LOL. Go online latimes.com and vote
Poll
Do you think Antonio Villaraigosa has been a good mayor of Los Angeles so far?
Yes - 39.2%
No- 60.8%
L.A. Mayor's smooth ride has gotten bumpier
A park melee, a schools snub and other setbacks slow Villaraigosa's midterm momentum. Cast your own vote on his office record so far.
Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa soared through his first year in office on a wave of public support that made him a daunting political force almost destined for higher office.
But a recent rough patch has raised questions about whether he has lost some of that early luster.

The courts snubbed Villaraigosa's plan to gain significant control over Los Angeles public schools. Chicago inched out L.A. for a chance to bid for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. And last week, Villaraigosa lost an ugly public battle over bus fare increases, and Metropolitan Transportation Authority officials later spoke of delaying several projects because of budget woes, including the mayor's vaunted subway to the sea beneath Wilshire Boulevard.

...midpoint of his four-year term, political observers agree that he is scrambling to maintain his initial momentum and deliver tangible results on numerous promises, even as recent events have opened the door to rare public criticism from at least one prominent elected leader: county Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky.

THIS JUST IN FROM THE BATCOMPUTER:

Maybe a big deal, maybe not.

Mr. Baseball Cap Bradley has planning contracts with the City Planning Department if he's the Bradley from E.B.E. Associates.

Paula Y. Bagasao, PhD is pretty connected in the City of Los Angeles, too. She should hit up Zuma Dogg with a donation on paypal, cause she's the "high-quality job" version of a Jamaican. Doing things all over this City.

Give Paula a call about $2.99 MILLION GRANT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENDOWMENT COMPLETES FUNDING FOR UNPRECEDENTED CALIFORNIA HEALTH INTERVIEW SURVEY. (Couldn't they just round it out to $3 million for the "uprecedented" survey? It's unprecedented, alright: In the expense area!) She's the contact person. (Won't publish the number here, cause that's not what it's about.)

Just interesting how many people sitting on these public input councils (NC) have big, big business contracts and projects and plans with the City.

Man, that's a pretty schweet deal.

4:46 PM,

As you know, I am only a computer, so I can only find and present factual documentation.

Binary code does not allow me to use the art of science (which occurs when the numbers tell an editorial story).

That is for my editor to do. (Deming says there is no knowledge gained by analyzing statistics, unless they are used to predict/learn.)

So if someone can direct me, can you start by explaining the meaning of the term "racket".

I have found many Wimbledon references. What are the others.

If you can define the terms "racketeering" (aka: "corrupt organization") maybe I can see if we have a match.

Hmmmm . . . let's see . . . he runs the Glassell Park Neighborhood Council . . . he has business dealings with the city . . . the NC meeting minutes haven't been made available to the public in months (according to another commenter) . . . and he protests adamantly when a stakeholder tries to record a meeting . . .

Nah, there's nothing going on under that rock! Move along everyone. Nothing to see here.

A man who calls himself "Zuma Dogg" wants to pass judgement on those who "hide under a vale anonymity." Is Zuma Dogg on your birth certificate?

SUMMARY: People may THINK there is a vale of anonymity on this blog. But NLP allows ZD and his BC to be fully aware of who is whom.

Who am I? Name, address, Social Security number, please.

if you mention my name again, in relation to my coverage of this story I will give you PLENTY of coverage.

I will mention your name again: Zuma Dogg did not cover the Joe Barrett and Jim Alger story. Please provide PLENTY of coverage.

4:35pm, thanks for making my day with the heads up. what a loser that has been elected mayor. Posted my take...the story [with my comedy comments in brackets] at http://clintonforpresident.blogspot.com and http://neighborhoodcouncil.blogspot.com and a bunch of others.

5:43 Crybaby Express:

When I say, "vale of anonymity", everyone knows who I am, I am seen in public, my comments are attributed to a single monikor (even ZD's Batcomputer says, "Zuma's" so people know it's tied in to me)...GET IT?

If you don't like what I post, or want to correct an error -- you can email me, call me, or speak with me in person.

And yes, I am working on a few things, and the story is being covered by mayor sam and joe b.

damn, bro...mayor sam is a better journalist that I am...he just has less free time. What's wrong with Mayor Sam's coverage?

Should LA Times have every reporter cover the same story? Man, what a complement that my biggest nemesis wants my attention on this so much.

Thanks bro! Regarding who I think this is, I am not going to reveal my opinion, because this can be someone trying to draw me offsides just to blab the name -- and that's not cool. All that matters is you are the same anonymous guy who has been wasting your bosses time and money all year long by blogging here. (OR ARE YOU NEW TO MAYOR SAM?)

ZD and others interested in this Bradley guy,

If you think the video thing is fucking unbelievable, go take a look at the election challenges that were pointed to in another thread...total, fucking unbelievable!!

Basically, (1) Bradley lies about where he lives (puts his business address down instead) which is important because the GPNC bylaws require area reps to live in the area they represent, (2) Admits to it (one just needs to read his reply to DONE), and (3) the city does jack shit about it.

Wow!! And the city wonders why out of 24,000 stakeholders only 300 or less bother to vote in most/all of these NCs. Amazing.

But don't take my word for it. Go to:

http://www.gparknc.com/ElectionsC.html

and see for yourself.

Oh and what is the real reason that people are complaining about Bradley. Not that he lied (which he admits to) but rather all his detractors are racist!! Yup that's the reason he gives to DONE. Yeah, that will work everytime. (Sorry, ZD your just the wrong color) Bradley's the victim in this whole thing (just take a look at the video he does not want you to see)

Plus, Paula Y. Bagasao, PhD is a little too co-mingled with the city and NC.

So we all see what is going down and how NCs are being used. It's a big f*cking racket. And 6:16pm...I guess my enemy's enemy can be my friend. Sometimes you can be Kobe and Shaq...and sometimes you can be Snoop and Dre. ("I" get to be Dre, y'all! YOU can be Snoop.)

There is a frustrated blogger who wants me to follow up on my claim that I know who the anonymous blogger is who keeps pestering me to cover the Do It Center/Home Depot story -- even though I have already said I wasn't gonna bite, no matter what.

I am not going to say who I think it is, because anyone can sit there and taunt me and say "don't be a coward" and all that psychological trash talk in hopes I will out someone, when it has nothing to do with anything?

Again, all that matters is you are the same crybaby who's only focus seems to get ME to cover the story, instead of anyone else.

Bro, the story is being covered. But, you're only angle on the story is me??? Are you alright?

Contact one of the two local Jaycees in the area. But make sure you contact the right one. I heard one of them is a shady shill for someone who wants to gather names and generate support for future political gain, and isn't and "open" jaycees. More of a "closed door session" organization.

Besides that, we have already been over this a few times, and your cult tactic of repeating the same shit over and over until you think you will humiliate me into finally posting who I think you are.

(WHO THE FUCK CARES??? I THOUGHT YOU CARE ABOUT NC SHADINESS???)

Remember, I already posted earlier today, that any idiot can taunt me to try and out someone else (not them), and if I say it, and it is you, then you just say, "Ha, Zuma...you're wrong."

Remember, you're just an anonymous wannabe pussy. Anything else you wanna say about it, send me an email with your phone number and I'll call you. Capishe.
