Thanks to Eric Garcetti for allowing Zuma Dogg to combine all his agenda items into one FIVE (5) MINUTE public comment. Funny though, at the end of the comment four (4) DIFFERENT agenda items; they, "Opened the roll, closed the roll, tabulated the votes", for a unanoymous vote. You mean all fifteen Councilmembers knew they were going to vote "yes" on all four items. Hmmm, that seems odd. You would think they would call each item for a separate vote. Anyway, ZD blasted Jack Weiss for giving an interview to the LAzy Times, from his seat, during Michael Carreon's public comment. And ZD blasts Tom "Keep Walking" LaBong, who knows so much about all the tract maps in the City, he was able to talk to Janice Hahn and prevent her from listening to ZD, too. [I DON'T CARE IF YOU STICK YOUR FINGERS IN YOUR EARS, OR BLAST YOUR iPod -- BUT DON'T TALK WHEN ZUMA DOGG IS TALKING UNTIL YOU CLEAN UP ALL THAT WEIRD MULTI-COLORED GRAFFITTI ON YOUR STREETS. And next time I'm talking to another CM -- you don't tell ZD to keep walking. You say, "Good Morning, ZD." Or you don't say anything at all. Me personally, I would prefer the latter, Tom. I don't give a crap about High School football teams, so we don't have much to say to each other, do we? PLUS, hear a little about land dedication, tract maps, Greuel's "West Magnolia"saftey hazard. And how come Zuma Dogg got his Nikes soggy on Friday, taking the bus.

Come on Dave Elliott is not the usual neighborhood crank who has been on the same street for 10, 20, 30 years yelling at the cars driving by. He comes out of nowhere and suddenly knows a lot of shit about a lot of things. Look beyond the dope addled wigger act and you will see an individual who can substantive policy conversations. The guy doesn't even hide a couple decades long career in media and marketing working with Fortune 500 companies and top name entertainers. Have a conversation with Dave Elliott and you realize how much of a fiction Zuma Dogg is just like CW McCall, Pee Wee Herman and other characters brought to real life by their creators.

Zuma great public comment yesterday. Keep slamming them on the special event waivers abuse. Good one nailing NFL. That is absurb that taxpayers are giving them a FREE RIDE while they have corporate sponsors. Total bullshit. Thank you so much for your take. You are right about ZD not being your average homeless. But I am not "playing it up" either. It's been a steady trasnsition, over years that turned DE into ZD. (People think it happened one day, like spiderman getting bit by a spider, or something.) so yeah, i'm kinda even MORE pathetic than the hardcore homeless, cause I never should have been here. But obviously, I wasn't able to prevent my socieital decline. The warning signs have been there since I was three years old...all the way through. My radio career put a "band-aid" over the issues that cause me to be my own worst enemy. So I think that's why the ZD public comment thing works.
I'm just enough Don Garza, but used to be Mr. Radio Exceutive big shot. (I told Garza, he's the REAL ZD, and I'm just a character of it. Which I am, but only slightly.) And when I'm making bug bucks, and have money in my pocket, I WILL dress nicer, and shave a lot (ZD was clean shaven when I first walked into City Hall, check the youtube -- I LIKE the clean shaven look better, are you kidding)
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH A SUCCESSFUL, FRESH, BLINGED-OUT ZD (Snoop Dogg and all the rappers are fresh and fly). And I look forward to that day. In the meantime, I just wake up and keep going, and I'm not gonna let shady fraud waste and abuse off the hook just cause I look like hell, my clothes stink and I can't take off my hat cause I need a haircut. (My hair gets like Sideshow Bob when I don't get it cut.) So if someone wants to take ZD on a "so fresh and so clean" tour (haircut, some fresh threads, new pair of shoes (mine have holes in the bottom, which wasn't fun on Friday) I'll make Wesson and Parks look like Garza and Dogg, y'all!

MUST CLARIFY THE NFL Special Event Fee: Usually, ZD looks at each item before walking up. However, Garcetti combined all my items at the last second (that was cool, cause there were no other items except mine), only thing, due to the rush (of having to scan the agenda on the take) -- I didn't see at the bottom "EVENT SPONSOR TO REIMBURSE CITY".
AND THAT IS FANTASTIC, BRO! Cause ZD and MD DID blast for a year on those (Lakers, Academy, Grammys, Dodgers, Vanity Fair, TV, etc...) AND IT WORKED...CAUSE NOW THEY DO REIMBURSE THE CITY ON THESE. THEY KNOW THEY'VE BEEN PUT "ON RECORD". SO THANK GOODNESS....You can at least look at that as something good out of the past year of Public comment.

Wow...only a 36 minute bus trip. the bus picks me up and drops me off closer than the walk from my usual parking lot -- and i read a memo on the tree maintence problem (Rosendahl's committee) that LAPD and other City Agencies are requesting $10 million for mainitinece, that will save mucho money in the long run. Sots, just so you know, two of us pirates remained in town while the rest took the Pearl down to Florida for the pirate confab re the CQ; them two of us are me (the Quartermaster) and the Bard. So for the next two weeks at least one of us will be the Captain since the others are un-reachable, if you will, by sat phone. Oh bugger, having the Bard as Captain makes for wild times, it does for the thought of having a big, bad ass, hot tempered, wild Irishman at the helm in plaid and trews gives me the willies, savvy?
Speaking of willies, Zuma lad, are you about? I don't think this is Lucille either, but back in March we posted a number of items that our man Dinger came up with and, if you will, Lucille was one of them. There is the other one about one brave soul taking on the CTA and that my friend is one that bears watching. God's boots, man ALL these cases deserve watching.
As for who is playing you, we pirates have no desire to play you like a fiddle or have duel-ling banjos, savvy? To the one(s) that dump data upon the Dogg, we salute you and encourage you to continue as we shall continue our efforts with Lucille and the hapless male LAPD officer who is suing another male LAPD officer for sexual harassment, all of which was chronicled earlier.
