A Message From David Hernandez (Fighting Prop. R in Court)
On Monday, December 11, 2006 the official challenge to Proposition R will be filed. It is just a beginning and we are surely in for a battle of massive scale. (Mother of all Battles). There is a lot on the line and those who stand to gain by Prop R will not go quietly. Make no mistake, we will be under severe attack and as we saw in the deceptive campaign funded by a million dollars in special interest money, nothing will be off limits.
You have my pledge that we will not go without a fight. No matter the sacrifice, as long as we can fight, I will stay on the front line.
Thank you to those who have contributed to the effort so far. On Monday I will be writing a three thousand dollar retainer check to my attorney. But much more is needed and it is needed immediately.
I will do my part, our attorneys will do their part. Rush your contribution to David Hernandez, PO Box 3245, North Hollywood, CA 91609 or go to www.termedout.com and make the non tax deductible contribution on line.
Sincerely,
David Hernandez

Good job. I'm with you. Hope others will come on board.....
No way should this L.A. City Council -- the worst group we have had in years -- be "rewarded" for their public DISservice in the form of an additional term. Not Dennis Zine, not Wendy Greuel, not Bernard Parks, etc.
