Eric Garcetti vs. The First Amendment

Here's another Zuma Dogg video. This time, Zuma appears as Gene Simmons via the video link from Van Nuys. Apparently this was too much for our esteemed, button down Council President who yanks the mic from Zuma.

Prior to the appearance from the KISS lead singer, Bitter Bernie has a chat with President Garcetti about what speakers should be allowed to say and not say. Of course, the President tells the Bitter one, there are things protected by that pesky little first amendment.
