Fishwrap Media?
I must have missed this when I was having network challenges, but is Kevin Roderick, the venerable Westside white guy of LA Observed fame attempting to become the next Roger Simon?LA Observed has recruited a dozen or so would be bloggers (is Sherry Bebitch Jeffee blogging?) to create a multi-plex of blogs (LA) observing a number of topics.
Martni Republic held a contest, offering a martini to the first reader to (LA) observe the new blog(s). Andrew at Here in Van Nuys shed crocodile tears at not being invited to join the new crew. I hear ya Andrew. This old, dead Republican Mayor was actually dumb enough to turn down the offer (with a signing bonus too!) to join Pajamas Media. Boy we were fools!

When it comes to hating, its Kevin. He wants to control the blogosphere and wants no one to challenge him. Look at how he is ripping off other blogs now, creating his own sub-blogs. What's next? LA Observed Franklin Avenue?

Cripes, I know the natural tendency of people who post on this blog is to hate everyone else with a pulse, but how in God's name can you resent somebody who's putting together an LA-based forum for ideas? Go back to your front porch and scream at the kids who step on your lawn!
