Bimbo Gloria Romero is telling people to boycott on May 1st. Does she not realize that illegals can't afford to NOT go to work? Word is spreading fast that employers are saying they will FIRE employees who don't show up.
Another fact our dumb media is not reporting is illegals are now fast & furious trying to get their families over here because the Border may tighten up. Thanks Antonio for helping bring over another 1 mil or so to our city.
Aren't the companies that fire folks (and they should) admitting that they hire illegals?

Huizar got slammed in city council today by constituent. Told him off for having a lazy staff not returning calls. Also stated Jose should stop hanging out with Antonio for photo ops and do his job. Forget the open door policy at his office. Commnity members have been told numerous times Jose is not available because he's busy with budget meetings. Yeah right!!

Westside Council Candidates Fighting to the End
Independent spending of $45,000 by Playa Vista officials touches off another skirmish.

Candidates for the Westside seat on the Los Angeles City Council spent their final day on the stump Monday trading barbs over the massive Playa Vista housing project, which has become symbolic in a campaign largely about development and traffic.
The latest exchange between the camps of Bill Rosendahl and Flora Gil Krisiloff ignited after three men with ties to the sprawling development south of Marina del Rey reported spending a total of $45,000 since Friday in support of Krisiloff, according to the city's Ethics Commission. The independent expenditures included $10,000 from Douglas Moreland, a Playa Vista senior vice president; $10,000 from Randy Johnson, the project's chief financial officer; and $25,000 from Robert Maguire, one of the original owners who is now involved with commercial property at Playa Vista.

The organization Project Amiga that Antonio is giving the GANG money to doesn't even have a gang person. They have to hire someone. Again, Antonio is helping all the friends that got him in office. City Council did a study and out of the $26 million gang prevention money spent in the city they could only find ONE successful case. You're right on the money Archie. It was Hahn who got Boyle Heights the money for gang reduction NOT AV.

They should attend more community meetings in CD 14 not just Boyle Heights and get an eye witness account of what people think then he/she wouldn't attack so strongly.

He was a CD 14 field staffer for Antonio. When Huizar became councilman he stayed as field staffer. However, he was promoted to city hall in the DONE dept. by Antonio and now oversees the same constituents in CD 14 on neighborhood councils. Ask any organization in CD 14 and they will say he was not a good worker.
Is Ulisses single?
Now I wish that Gloria Romero had run for supervisor. (I got called by a pollster about a year ago asking various questions leading to a question about Romero vs. Molina for supervisor.) Put the purple marshmallow out of her misery.
