Orale Juan, You are cutting into our homeboys territory. Huizar is the king of boyle heights, right? I like both of you, but Juan is honest, I will vote for him.

Huizar the king of Boyle Heights? More like the court jester at the end of Tony the Liar's strings. But stay in there Juan, every circus needs a sideshow.

Why are you giving so much credence to Juan? He's a joke in Boyle Heights. He got paid a lot of money to run Operation YES then let it go sour and the money he's spending on his loser campaign could have been used for the kids. No one takes Juan seriously. He's a radical militant guy who sides with gang members.
Go to the debate instead:

What happened to Senor Huizar. He hates the community or what?

He wants to be councilman, yet he never shows up to anything.

My vote will not be wasted. I will vote for anyone else, but not Huizar.

Huizar doesn't have time for the little people. Haven't you seen how he ran LAUSD. If Tony the Liar isn't there, why should Huizar show up. Jose would collapse without anyone pulling his strings. Didn't you see his performace at that Boyle Heights forum at the Puente Project - no puppet master around - no Huizar on stage.

Huizar shows up at these things, he just doesn't bother to confirm (don't got to follow protocol, he's the "annointed"). Just ask the people who ran the Boyle Heights forum early on. They put in a dozen calls, to confirm, but he just "shows up" like he's entitled.

ALSO, no WAY he wants his tree-hugger base in NELA to know he's talking to the Proh-LA group. They'd go crying to AV that his leftover boy is CONSORTING with developers.

His staff is SO lame. Can't even handle an RVSP... reminds me of a guy who "ran" CD14 for a year or two?

Juan JJJ did get in one of the better lines at one recent forum. After Huizar promised to "serve a full term" and not jump ship right away (like someone else), Jimenez says "you told me that before, Jose, when I voted for you for LAUSD board earlier this year).

Hoo Ha!

Yeah, its all catching up to little Jose Huizar. Now that Roy Romer is asking charter schools to help with 7 LAUSD high schools that are overcrowded. Now, you would think duh!!!!!! Jose being a former president would have thought of that last year. Why weren't any new high schools built in CD14 THIS YEAR? Why were they built in South LA? Just shows Jose could careless about his own community

Why do you bloggers (some bloggers) assume if we don't like Huizar it automatically means we are Pacheco people.

Damn! I support 2 other candidates..it is between Sanchez & Arceo...ok I'll make up my mind on voting day between these two...I don't care about Huizar or Pacheco, but I blog as i see fit.
