Last night on Full Disclosure Roger Carrick Special Counsel to LAUSD was stating that Steve Cooley doesn't want to indict anyone because of the Belmont mess. Who's responsible for that million dollar mess and why Doesn't Cooley go after them?

Mayor Sam your habit is obvious. Whenever you post an article and Jose and Antonio get attacked you post all this other crap.

This is laughable. Antonio says there's no money to hire more cops but they waste money on this bullshit. Antonio appointed friends and family to commissions. He's the last person to be speaking of ETHICS.

Daily Breeze....The Los Angeles airport department will spend up to $200,000 to establish an office of ethics as it seeks to leave behind the controversial practices of the past.

The department is taking its cue from Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who has made ethics a central theme of his administration. He came to office after a series of investigations battered City Hall.

Research.

Mayor Sam/Frank do this all the time. The Mayor gets attacked with media sources and evidence, then multiple new threads with no clear reason are posted.

Michael Trujillo is not far.

Why does the mayor need an ethics department for his own people. A charade? I think so. It is all to hire more friends and if he does not trust the commissioners then why appoint them Mayor Jackass of Los Angeles.

Now that they've been "outed" - the dead mayors just want to make sure they're LOVED by everyone (especially those in power).

The rebel spirit died; can you say "institutionalized?"

Might as well put them on payola (I mean payroll(.

11:51 - it's kinda' like the posts about other issues . . . when you and other Anti-Villaraigosa or Anti-Huizar folks jump in with your diatribe, except your disconnected comments keep going.

Just think, if the Mayors' here really did censor you, how could we read about the connection between supreme court nominee Miers and Antonio, or Hillary Clinton and Antonio, or Jews and Antonio, or Goodyear tires and Antonio or thumb tacks and Antonio?

If you don't feel you get enough attention, create your own blogsite.

That's the price of "ubiquity" - maybe if the little jumping bean would sit still and run a meeting or three, or work on the problems of the city (THIS city), he wouldn't have so many frequent flyer miles and be hooked up with so many unrelated issues and topics.

But he CAN'T can he... there's a term for that. What was it!?

Are any of the AV staffers staying with the next council winner in district 14?

Lisa Sarno is fantastic, they should keep her on and the guy with the big head is a nice person too. The girl from Eagle Rock, I don't know her that well, so I don't know if she will be good for the next council

RIght in front of our eyes these people have screwed us from everyone involved with the Belmont scandal. Maldef was involved with Belmont, big shot lobbyist's, builders, etc.

Cooley doesn't want to lose the donations to his war-chest when he runs again. Cooley only goes after those who can't fight back...those with no money to give him.
