Last night on Full Disclosure Roger Carrick Special Counsel to LAUSD was stating that Steve Cooley doesn't want to indict anyone because of the Belmont mess. Who's responsible for that million dollar mess and why Doesn't Cooley go after them?

This is laughable. Antonio says there's no money to hire more cops but they waste money on this bullshit. Antonio appointed friends and family to commissions. He's the last person to be speaking of ETHICS.
