Where Is Matt Szabo?

Matt Szabo - the political wunderkind who's worked for everyone from Dick Riordan to Wendy Greuel to Rocky Delgadillo - opened his new blog on April 1st, to much fanfare. Everyone was looking forward to regular doses of well researched and well thought out blogularity on the issues of the day. Perspective without some of the annoying traits of this or other blogs.
There are many blogs out there, and I intend not to duplicate any of them. This will not be as objective as L.A. Observed, or as expansive as Boi from Troy, or as angry as LA Voice, or as anonymous as Mayor Sam. And it certainly will not be as policy-heavy as Bob Hertzberg’s new site promises to be.
-Matt Szabo
Prior to starting his own blog, Matt had written for Mayoral candidate Bob Hertzberg's campaign blog and would contribute to its successor, Big Ideas For LA.

And so he was blogging away about the Mayoral runoff, the new Pope and later on, the shenigans over judicial confirmations in the US Senate.

May 26th, Szabo made the last post to his blog and that was it.

Where is Matt? Was he kidnapped by Arianna Huffington? Is he working undercover on the Huizar campaign? Did he get cold feet and is on a Greyhound to New Mexico with a Hispanic man and blonde woman? Has anyone seen him? I'm about to send Chief Parker out looking for him.

We need Szabo back and blogging before Roderick's head blows up, Boi from Troy gets back from vacation, taking back control back from his boring blog-a-temps and before Mailander sobers up.

There is a disturbance in the force it would appear.

Dear Anon 10:39 PM,
It was your mom, not Vignali, that hooked me up.

P.S. Mrs. Anon 10:39 PM asked for "The Shocker," and I gave it to her.

Non assimilation is going to be the destruction of the latinos in the US. It is a large force, yes, of welfare recipients. How many lazy thugs do you see in your district and can't read or write, let alone have a job. They like nice cars, have tons of kids, and spend like crazy. Where does the money come from? Us, the taxpayers. We support this bulk of dependants. We encourage them through liberal government to continue their lack of productiveness. There is no money for college, but there is money for Quinceaneras. They may not have money to pay the rent, but they wear $100 shoes, they don't go to school, but they sure stay home and know all of the cartoons. Go to any apartments that are subsidized by our government, and you will see how many people do not work just lazy around all day. These people do not want anything else in life, but the tax dollars to support them.
