Conversely, what's going on at that other site that thinks it's in the know but lately just isn't? They're talking about a group of self-titled morons who spend their time talking about Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston.
If you want LA's version of a high school gossip newspaper, you can (LA)Observe that other places. But remember - if you do - they won't let you comment on their posts. If you want to know what's going on at City Hall, its our lovalble old coot Mayor Sam and his team.

Tsk tsk, Mayor Sam. Must you bang your head against the wall hoping you have just as good a blog as Kevin Roderick?
Kevin's blog kicks your ass. But I love you anyway. Even if you are full of shit.
Roderick for sure has more gunpowder than Mayor Sam, but come on, he's been around a while and he most likley has more dough.
Lately, it does seem as if he's slipping. Mayor Sam and some other blogs have been scooping him a lot lately. Maybe he's tired.
Why beat up on Mayor Sam? This site is much better.
