Major surprise over at LA Observed, where they're reporting that CLA Ron Deaton is being pushed by Mayor Poopy to take over as the next general manager of the DWP.

Oh goody another Gm! But what's his position on harassment & retaliation of employees? I'm sure he'll look into all the cronyism going on to. Is RD a lawyer like Wiggs, Lindsey, Hokinson? Guess we'll find out.
