John Schwada to Break Jamiel Bombshell

Fox News reporter John Schwada will report on this evening's Fox News at 10 the explosive allegation that the murder of Jamiel Shaw, II was racially motivated as part of a reported black on brown gang race war. According to our information at this time, Schwada will report that Pedro Espinosa, who has been charged and plead not guilty to charges of shooting and killing Jamiel, was carrying out an ordered hit on an African American individual.

From Schwada's exclusive report:
  • Jamiel, Sr. believes that Jamiel was killed because he was Black.
  • Comments by Sheriff Baca confirm there's a race war amongst gangs.
  • Baca says that Latino gang members in jail "shot callers" ordered hits on Blacks on the outside.
  • War is between the Black Keystone Gang and the Latino 18th Street Gang
  • Jamiel's killing may have been revenge for the murder of a Latino youth outside a liquor store; like Jamiel this youth was not a gang member.

Big f***ing deal. The story has been all over town for years, starting from Tony Rafael. All it proves is that Michael Higby is one crappy reporter.

You Michael Higby ignored the articles about these hits mandated by the Mafia against Blacks(um, why is that?) and when you "exclusively" interviewed the Shaws, you didn't ask them what they were told about La Eme's role in their son's murder. You didn't ask them why they supported a law that would NOT have prevented their son's killing. You do get that now, Michael Higby, right? Jamiel's Law would not have made a difference.

Nor did you ask the Shaws why they said Special Order 40 was implicated in their son's murder when you KNEW the alleged killer was arrested by Culver City Police. It was put up on your blog that morning. Why didn't you ask the Shaws about Mexican Mafia plots to kill blacks? Didn't have the information, or you didn't have the guts?

And oh, by the way Higby, Mexican Mafia leaders are US Citizens. Put that in your right-wing Walter-Moore-is-a-great-leader-if-you're-on-hash pipe and smoke on it.

Listen, maybe you're not the worst person on earth. But you wanted to make this your own and it's just too serious for posers and the agenda-driven. So please step out of the way now and let the truth bubble to the surface. This is too serious a situation for your posturing, political and press favoritism and your games. Children are being killed and the people don't need you. They need some truth.

First off, your beef is with John Schwada - he's reporting the story.

Secondly the Culver City spin of the pro-illegal crowd is getting tiring. It doesn't matter if this guy was arrested by Culver City police. It's the general environment created by Special 40 - and similar policies by other localities - that allowed Espinosa to roam free.

So stop your spin, get a clue and deal with reality.

Ah, now it's the "general environment" created by the law. Why haven't other laws created "general environments." The speeding limit on the freeway, for example, should have created a "general environment" of doing 70 on the street.

Next time I'm stopped, I'll cite the "general environment" defense. He'll understand. 'Cause cops are "general environment" kinds of guys.

It's astonishing to read what some will say. It doesn't matter how the sad tragedy of Jamiel Shaw is told. The issue is SO40. Little children are not concerned with the reporting details of the Jamiel murder, of course. The children need protection from criminals. Clearly, amending SO40 to allow the LAPD to ask the immigration status of known criminals, so that they may be deported, would then save many innocent children.

Why would Higby ask the Shaws about the mexican mafia? The Shaw's are victims of the mexican gangs, not the experts on the mexican gangs. Let's see what L.A. top gang expert Sheriff Sgt. Valdemar has to say about illegal aliens and mexican gangs.

9:54: I wish Lou Dobbs would interview you -- you're even stupider than Ed Reyes was and is every day. What kind of scumbag defends illegal gangbangers like Espinoza staying on OUR streets and in our jails at our expense? From a financial viewpoint alone, the 25-35% of jail inmates who are illegal cost us almost $1 billion/ year in Calif. alone, and the feds reimburse a token. Partly because this city doesn't cooperate with ICE and has a poor relationship.

Espinoza has a long, long rap sheet and as Shaw Sr. pointed out, was on the L A list of known gangbangers.
If the cholo politicians weren't more interested in protecting illegal Hispanic gangbangers they'd have had a standing policy of sharing these lists with other law enforcement agencies to encourage id'ing and deportation. Instead, as the pro-illegal Tines article even pointed out a couple of days ago, beat cops were often unaware that they were even ALLOWED to question suspects about legal status, let alone share it, because the word went down to the Chief NOT to tell his cops the truth, which was "too politically volatile."

It's nauseating to even keep going over this with low-lifes like you, who can actually defend illegal criminals and murderers. You SHOULD go on national TV, so people can see the scum apologists who work for Reyes/ Huizar/ Alarcon. I sure HOPE you're not with the Mayor or that Cardenas who's intent on keeping his nose in the gang problem, ineffective and arrogant as he's been.

Lou Dobbs, Fox TV and even CBS/ Katie Couric are starting to expose the sick "pandering to one special interest ethnic group" that is L A.

By the way, your claim that LaEme masterminds who sit around in jail putting out hits on blacks "are American citizens" must be one of the finer moments of Mexico's contributions to our society. You sure seem proud of them.

"The failure to spot Espinoza was particularly troubling because of his extensive history of criminal activity. In May 2004 he was arrested for burglary and given a three-year term in a CYA facility. While in CYA, Espinoza was convicted twice of attacking CYA staff and a third time of assaulting a fellow inmate at the Eastlake Juvenile Center. Authorities also heard testimony late last year, in the Kronenthal Park matter, that Espinoza had been an 18th Street gangmember since he was 12."

This is the procedural portion of Special Order 40 that in the original order was labeled part I. It reads as follows:

264.50 ENFORCEMENT OF UNITED STATES IMMIGRATION LAWS. Officers shall not initiate police action where the objective is to discover the alien status of a person. Officers shall neither arrest nor book persons for violation of Title 8, Section 1325 of the United States Immigration Code (Illegal Entry).

For Walter Moore, it's Armageddon.

Special Order 40 demands that Undocumented Aliens be reported to INS by LA Police. They don't do it, but Special Order 40 obligated them to do it. The Order is posted up here. So Walter Moore, the lawyer, can now stop lying about the law.

Bratton doesn't care about Lou Doubbs. Dobbs can spill vitriol in a vacumn. Bratton's a great cop and his cops love him.

FOX NEWS said last night that the command to kill Jamiel Shaw came from prison. Therefore, the Shaws were victims of the Mexican Mafia that ordered their son killed. Jamiel's Law would not have stopped those orders.

Councilman Dennie Zine's motion makes Special Order 40 clearer but doesn't revoke it.

Walter Moore will keep fighting for Jamiel's Law with Bratton's cops watching him screw himself and laughing. Like a lot of us, Hispanic cops are offended by the racism in Jamiel's Law, and we have many Hispanic cops.

This episode put a harsh light on Walter Moore's previous racist affiliations and comments. So it does smell like Armageddon for Walter Moore.

Higby and Moore need to concern themselves with gridlock and Home Depot, subjects they excel at. The quantities of pure vitriolic bull emanating from them in their two-week gang blogging would be comical. if it weren't so potentially destructive and sad.

Hopefully the LA Slimes picks up on their bad behavior and some reporter gets their distorting facts to favor anger and racist vitriol for what it was. By a long shot, this wasn't Mayor Sam's finest hour.

Maybe the Mayor should save some money that way instead of firing hard working city employees. (Save it by deporting the criminals) Jamiel Shaw's father shouldn't have to be so apologetic when asking to have the law enforced. Let him speak his mind without accusing him of being a racist. Schwada is not breaking a new story. His friend and coworker Chris Blatchford reported on a race war between street gangs three years ago. Blatchford is the genuine expert on gangs. Schwada is riding coat tails.

John Schwada will be retracting his story that Jamiel was killed because he was black, because now he, Chris Blatchford, Lynette Romero, Laura Diaz, and others from LA's media who once thought it was race now firmly believe that Jamiel was killed because he was claiming R. 20s Blood. Its all over his myspace page and all his friends have Blood references all over their pages right now.
