 Except when it comes to ratting out his colleagues on the City Clowncil Central Committee or Special Interests that will finance his goal of becoming City Controller.

"Clowncilman Raton Zine": Who will will get outed next by "Raton Zine" in his quest for media coverage?

Great Monday to all, but we must start this bloggin week with the following disclaimer. If you are a high profile person within the the city limits of Los Angeles who sometimes jail walks, spits on sidewalks, does 30 in a 25 mph zone or speeds down the 101 Freeway, beware of media-craving "Clowncilman Raton Zine"..

While most of the City Clowncil Central Committee are enjoying their summer sabbatical away from town, "Clowncilman Raton Zine" found time to channel back to his motor bike LAPD days when he encounter a flashy silver chrome sports car, darting in and out of lanes at a high rate of speed on the 101 Freeway.

"Clowncilman Raton Zine" quickly called 911 (as did 10 other drivers in the area) to report the reckless driving. When CHP affected a stop of the vehicle (and those following the sports car) it turns out that the driver is none other than Singer Justin Bieber and now "Clowncilman Raton Zine" has that spontaneous media moment that politicos crave, especially when running for higher office.........

Don't be the subject of the next self-serving media moment of "Clowncilman Raton Zine".
