Bj...it was official on June 5th...guess this time around the education reformest realized elections are not like drill and kill high stakes testing where the electorate was being told what to write and without questioning, they thought they would get predictable results...we live in a democracy and the voter is intelligent and he/she knew the answer ...gloria hallejujah!
