Mayor Sam Exclusive: Academia Semillas del Pueblo's "drop of, pick up zone" under Investigation
Mayor Sam has learned that the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and safety is investigating the Academia Semillas del Pueblo Charter School's attempt to create its own "drop off, pick up zone" in front of its 4990 E. Huntington Drive location.
For an extended period of time, Academia staff had place cones on the street creating the "drop off, pick up zone". This drew the ire of local businesses who complain that Academia staff and parents were illegally parking or taking parking spaces reserved or other establishments. Even after the practices of coning off the "drop off, pick up zone was discontinue, cars could still be seen illegally stopping to pick up children.
A copy of Academia Semillas del Pueblo Charter School's memo on new "drop off, pick up" policy.

Congratulations, this one, if not, the worst piece of "journalism" (if you can even call it that) I have seen in a long time. It's as humorous as it is erroneous.
