Saturday Morning Quickies: Occupy LA getting violent and other news
Zuma Dogg faces harsh backlash from the "Red Rabble on the South Lawn"
** Please excuse my politically incorrect premise, but are we nearing the 28 day of Occupy LA? This because as the "Old Gray Hag on Spring Street" reports, the "occupy women" are becoming more agitated with two acts of violence taking place yesterday via female assailants. The violent upswing via the assorted members of the "Red Rabble on the South Lawn", especially among the female comrades, should come as no surprise considering the increasing unsanitary conditions, mixed with excessive drug use and sex, would cause one's female balance to go wacko. BTW, the Times made no mention of the Free Speech assaults on Zuma Dogg.
** Former City Councilman Paul Koretz endorsee and Jack Weiss contributor Ron Galperin is the third candidate to pull papers for City Controller in 2013. Galperin joins CD 3 City Councilman Dennis Zine and activist Cary Brazerman, in seeking to replace the "Valley Greuel" as Controller.
** Mayor Antonio Villar allocated a good portion of his 11% wok time as Mayor, to crafting a letter to Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig, expousing on the need for local ownership of the Los Angeles Dodgers (ie. someone I know that will continue to comp me into the stadium).
Your thoughts and great Saturday to all.
Scott Johnson in CD 14 .

If you think this will convince readers that Occupu LA are a dangerous mob, it fails badly. There is no "free speech" issue here. Zuma Dogg is just clumsily trying to be an "agent provocateur" with am amplified mic. Actually, the Occupy LA folks are pretty restrained. His message about the City of Los Angeles squandering money is true... and most folks at Occupy LA know this already. Unfortunately, that truth is completely lost in his Glenn Beck "Angry White Man" shtick -- precisely why your beloved Republican Party will never be a viable alternative in Los Angeles.

Red Spot excessive sex is a subject you know nothing about.

YOU CLAIM TO BELIEVE THAT OPEN FORUMS IS THE WAY TO GO, YET YOU DON'T PASS UP A CHANCE TO DISCREDIT THE OCCUPY MOVEMENT. PEOPLE THINK THAT THE HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT IS FAKE! THAT WALL STREET SPECULATION IS A FLUKE! THAT THE BANKS NEED TO RAISE YOUR FEES AND THAT YOU SHOULD SAY NOTHING ABOUT IT. YOUR WORLD SOUNDS TOTALITARIAN TO ME OR PERHAPS SOCIALIST. PEOPLE WHO CANNOT STAND OUT OF FEAR TO LET ANOTHER PERSON EXPRESS THAT BELIEF IS A PROBLEM. ZUMA MAY NOT SEE OR MAY BE ENVIOUS OF THE ATTENTION THAT OCCUPY HAS GOTTEN IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS TIME. IN FOUR YEARS ZUMA AND THIS SITE HAS NOT GENERATED THAT LEVEL OF INTEREST. PERHAPS THAT'S WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES.
