LA Weekly via Hillel Aron: "Joe Buscaino, Dark Horse" in CD 15

"The Joe Buscaino Campaign for CD 15 is crossing bridges".
As the home grown momentum for the Joe Buscaino Campaign in CD 15 garners more media attention with this Thursday's LA Weekly feature via the keyboard of Hillel Aron, Doug Epperhart who is well regarded at various neighborhood council polling places, offers this salient observation on Buscaino's chances to succeed Congresswoman Janice Hahn at City Hall.
Doug Epperhart, a member of the Coastal San Pedro Neighborhood Council, says, "The only one I've seen any real enthusiasm for is Joe. But how does it translate to other parts of the district? I don't care how nice you are, you walk into Watts, and say, 'Hi, I've been a police officer for 15 years,' I don't know how that plays."
Any insinuations of Buscaino being a Republican will not go over well in neighborhoods like Watts but then that did not keep Rudy Svorinich from being elected two terms to the Horseshoe at 200 Spring Street.
Your thoughts..............
