It's not "ironic." It's anything BUT ironic.
It's a coincidence.
Duh.
It appears as though he got a proclamation from Rosendahl (CD-11). But he ran in Krekorian's district (CD-2) a couple of years ago and then tried to run in Labonge's district (CD-4), but didn't get the signatures.
So what's up? Is he just a traveling man?
frank's a nice guy but is this news?????
