Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa was leaving Saturday on a three-nation trip that includes attending the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
Villaraigosa's first stop on his fourth foreign trip since being sworn in for a second term is Berlin. He is expected to arrive today and attend a Sister City dinner.

L.A. is broke!!!! When does he start sharing the pain! When is he going to start pulling in his belt like he is telling everyone else to do. Regardless of what he "learns" there is no money justify those trips, period! L.A. can't stand three more years of the Mayor and Councilmembers lack of leadership who are why we are

The DWP and the City Council had to give D'Arcy's union a raise because they lost all their money trying to buy the CD2 race!He wants us to pay and pay and pay.
Officers should ask for an audit of the PPL for losing 450,000 of their hard earned cash. I hear they are having a huge "Holiday" party and the officers aren't even invited. Does anyone smell a dirty rat in that woodpile?
Here comes Krekorian! The word is that Paul is cleaning house and bringing in a fresh team to serve CD2. Dale Thrush and his sister in law, Pat Davenport, are getting their pink slips and will be gone very soon. Lots of rejoicing throughout the district!
