Monica Garcia: Bad Citizen?
Did School Board President Monica Garcia pull a Janice Hahn and decide she could park her taxpayer provider vehicle in a red zone and then drive off talking on her cell phone in hand? Zuma says he has the tape:
I just recorded video of LAUSD school board president Monica Garcia with her CA EXEMPT vehicle parked in the red no parking zone (with dry cleaning in the back seat). She was talking on her cell phone while driving. My camera cut out, so we'll see if that part is in the video, too.
So remember people, Villaraigosa's LAUSD president Monica Garcia wants to remind parents and kids to follow and obey the rules, even though she doesn't feel the need to lead by example, and is perfectly comfortable driving around talking on her cell phone, parking in red no parking zones, with the dry cleaning in the back seat of her CA EXEMPT car with the ZumaCam rolling.
Maybe she needs to attend a community training and education seminar with Gavin Newsom who was also busted on the ZumaCam parking in the no parking zone.
And don't bother asking how or why Zuma happened to be there to bust her ass. All that matters is that Batman, Spiderman and Zuma Dogg always end up being at the right place at the right time. And that's all you need to know! Batman has the Batsignal. Spiderman has his Spidey-senses and Zuma Dogg has his collective conciousness fueled by community spirt that has been the guiding force pulling him all over town. ;)

Monica Garcia owes her political life to Villaraigosa and she is and will continue to be his puppet, much to the detriment of teh students she is supposed to be serving.
Her oft repeated goal of "100% graduation rate" simply is ludicrous and she has to explain how that's to be achieved.
It might help to have her review the LAUSD graduation rate history- maybe from the 50's when L.A. was as safe as it is now- and it might offer some perspective to us, and to her, as well.
She needs to get real and work on what can be done, but her political agenda will just not allow it. Too bad.
Monica is another "entitled" Divaraigosa puppet. She, the Mayor and other members of City Council think they are above the laws that apply to the rest of us, that they are TOO IMPORTANT to be bothered with such trivialities.And idiots keep voting for these people!! Thanks to Zuma for exposing more of their hypocrisy.

Yeah! I'm so happy to get to see something about Zuma Dogg. I was having Zuma withdrawls. The blues of no Zuma News. I love the collective conciousness idea. It's true, by the way, that all humans here and around the world are connected by brain waves (that's not really what they call it but you get the idea). Some people can pick up on messages and some can't. I think Zuma/David has the ability to send and receive. Glad to see he is back to fighting the war against the abusers.

All that Marrianne Willamson, Depak Chopra, Wayne Dyer stuff I never believed in IS TRUE! I give myself a lot of credit, but I hope if people take away ONE thing from this whole Zuma Dogg experience these past three years is that there is non-material, spiritual energy out there. When you are jumping out there in the public on the media, as I just have, it's very conductive. If you focus your thoughts and energy (mind/body/spirit) you'll tap into you, like it or not. (It'll tap into you, I should say.)
COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE POLITIANS IS BUT ONE PART TO GETTING JUSTICE IN THIS TOWN. YOU CAN'T CATCH A FOX WITHOUT A PLAN. THE SAME IS TRUE FOR CITY HALL. EVIDENCE IS JUST ONE PART OF THE INVESTIGATION. BUILD THE CASE AND THEN USE IT TO BRING THEM DOWN. EVEN THE PUBLIC HAS A HARD TIME WITH REAL EVIDENCE AND REAL TRUTH BUT SOMETIMES IT'S OVERWELMING.

I'm surprised the mayor has her on his team. He usually doesn't care for slobs. Overweight is okay, but that kind of slob isn't his style. Is there more to this story? Are they related or something? I guess she was Jose's chief of staff or something? That's only because Huizar's wife would only allow someone who looks like her to be around him. Ah-ha-ha-ha and that is so true.
She's not a good example of self-discipline and a terrible example for the children, especially after Korenstein and Kantor (the thin ones) worked so hard to get junk food and sodas out of the schools.
I saw a city employee in Highland Park putting a 12 pack of beer in her city exempt car. What are the rules?
Next time I know to use the camera on my cell phone.
8:13am, the rules are, "If you are going to drink beer, bring enough for everyone in the car to last for the whole trip,"....
.......and city employees: recycle, don't litter when you're done. and don't pee in the street, either.

Has anyone noticed that Monica Garcia has opened an account to run for the state assembly (AD 57)? Maybe she will seek to repeal the penalties for driving while talking on a cell????
