Obama: Who's Your Daddy?
A number of blogs are reporting the following; Obama isn't being so transparent about his background it appears.
With less than 90 days to go, Team Obama has not yet released the following fairly routine requests for documents. Surely we the People have the right to know who we are going to entrust with our country before we give him the keys.
And finally, Senator Obama, the People would like to meet your maternal grandmother. Why won't you allow anyone to go near her in Hawaii. She can hardly say something that could be fatal to your run for the President. Can she?

- Columbia Thesis paper
- Certification of Live Birth showing where born
- Harvard College records
- Illinois State Senate records
- Illinois State Senate schedule
- Law practice client list and billing records/summary
- Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mothers
- Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
- Occidental College records
- Parent's Marriage Certificate
- Record of baptism
- Selective Service Registration
- Trips schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
- Scholarly articles
- Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
And finally, Senator Obama, the People would like to meet your maternal grandmother. Why won't you allow anyone to go near her in Hawaii. She can hardly say something that could be fatal to your run for the President. Can she?

Spot, there's some question about the authentic appearance of his birth certificate - it doesn't appear to be an official birth certificate issued by the State of Hawaii.
Glad to see that we're focusing on the issues.
Can't let anyone talk to Grannie, because she's a "typical old white woman" (who'd probably just be TICKLED pink to tell us about all the trouble little Obama used to get into). But then you KNOW how those white people are!

Dude, Obama has MADE his family background and upbringing a campaign issue.
He talks about family and upbringing and who taught him what and when three times as much as McCain.
What else is he going to talk about to the press? His extensive legislative record?
Baptism record? WTF? Who's asking for that?
Fox News Channel did features on both Senators yesterday and today.
Obama was registered as a Muslim at his Indonesia elementary school.
There's nothing wrong with that, except for the fact that Obama denies it.
It was in writing.
If he wasn't born in the US he's not even eligible, duh, but wouldn't his people have checked that out to begin with?
Yeah, he has hidden grandma and only mentioned her to throw her under the bus. But for a woman born 70 years ago to have married (?) a black man in 60 and raised a black-looking child in a Jim Crow world was unusual and probably brave. The glares, the stares she must have gotten. A lot of biracial families move to Hawaii even today to avoid that.
So he was allegedy born there, then daddy ditched them right off and he lived in Africa with a white mother? Her living in a black world for his sake, in those days, and all he can say about her is that she might have seemed uncomfortable sometimes? Yet he talks about his diplomat grandpa as forging his identity.
Is he ashamed of her being white, or was she more unhappy in her life than he wants us to know? His advisors must have suggested trotting out white mother to help with the white vote -- wassup?

As for Illinois State Senate Records --- I believe those are available for the public to find at any time
Higby --- Do you have copies of your parents marriage certificate? And why does that matter?

If school records are important to someone being president, George Bush would never have made it. He has been so wonderful that the only way we can get him elected to a third term is to elect McCain.

Who DOES have their parents' marriage certificate - just out of curiosity? I'd like to know who here could find that. I don't even know where my own is, so my kids sure couldn't produce it. Now, if I had a full-time staff, I could give them the county and state and they could look, but who has that kind of stuff lying around..
