Mayor Sam, are you sure you are in CD 14. Half of Highland Park in in CD1. South of York and west of Figueroa is CD 1.
shouldn't you be at work or did you get fired?
isn't york ave on the east east side of NYC? are you even in the right city? Did you go out there to investigate the fridge story, to see if they really have big fridges included with rentals in Hoboken?

1:44 - there's a small section of CD 14 south of York, west of Figueroa. The CD 14 - CD 1 boundary is west on York until Avenue 58, south to the east-sest alley south of York running parallel to York, then north on Avenue 57 to York, then west on York.
The question is "Why would anyone want to be in 14?"
Who wants to live in CD14? Maybe the folks who want to get in on whatever action is going on with Alicia and Teresa, and their "adult entertainment center" involving the Printer, the Baker and the Candlestick maker.

He has lowererd the quality of the entire blog. The post about Alicia and Teresa is from one of his posters who continually trash these two girls trying to make an honest living in CD 14.
Just read a few of his overall posts and comments. he and Matt Dowd have taken over yuor blog and are ruining it.

Doesn't even know what district he's actually in (of course Mehhhr Villarsalinas was never really sure either), can't speak the Queen's Spanish correctly, and leaves a snarling, slobbering dogg behind to guard the store.
Maybe he really IS the reincarnation of Sam Yorty, who never met a frequent flee-er mile he didn't love.
Spend another couple days in CD14, MS, and yu'll be tied with how much time Villaraigosa spent there when he was its councilmember.
