NEXT ANTI-ANTIONIO GRENADE TO BE LOBBED BY OPPOSITION: Are Checks From LA City Flying Into New York For Non-Interns and Non-Qualified Clinic Directors
THE FOLLOWING POST IS NOT ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT ZD CAN PROVE THE ACCURACY OF THIS INFORMATION. I even changed the name to [SOMEONE] to protect the shady.
People have been saying this "News Chick" thing is just the tip of the iceberg. And the anti-Antonio effort has some grenades they are ready to throw. And as you know, just like the City Hall experts who analyize my info for "patterns" to try and nail the ZD informers...ZD is a recognized expert in Ericksonian "Patterns", Bandler & Grindler "Neuro-Lingusitic Programming" (NLP) and even Anthony Robbins' (version of NLP) "Nuero-Associative Conditioning" (NAC).
But don't sweat it, it only means that I am giving your "otherwise random email" a little more weight, feeling it comes from YOU! (Ski caps, off to you!)
So when some random email, from someone claiming to be a concerned citizen from New York, just happens to hear ZD on the radio, and then just happens to have this specific level of information ready to go...well ZD thinks he has a few freinds, indeed...and this is the next grenade they will be going with in the multi-grenade attack.
You can say, "Yeah, just someone trying to pull ZD offsides with shady, info that isn't provable." BUT I THINK WHAT WE MAY HAVE HERE IS SOME GOOD INFO THAT SOMEONE "INSIDE" KNOWS IS SHADY AND IN EFFECT, BUT MAYBE CAN'T DELIVER THE EVIDENCE THEMSELF. But perhaps, if some more resourceful media reporters pick up on these signals, they can dig deeper and pull the rabbit out of the hat. [ZD doesn't feel like doing the research on this one. I'm focusing on LAUSD boondoggle.]
But I think I recognize the work...and so far, they have been ahead of the curve, whether I have posted the info or not...it ends up in the Daily News and LA Times, anyway. So look for THIS angle to try and be forced in the media next. Meanwhile, if they follow up with anything else, I'll let you know.

Anyways, I am from Brooklyn and live in NYC. Well the bell hop or door man, whatever you call that guy says checks from L.A. City comes to her there at her apartment.
The girl has more money than anyone. Is he paying her “internship money” when she isn't doing an internship?
Also, I have a source that tells me Deborah Villar hardly ever shows up at the Clinic she is Site Director of; and does not even qualify for the position. It requires a Bachelor degree and she does not have one.
She claims to have one from Cal State, LA.
The only reason I care about this is because she gets about $150,000 per year and they turn away people that need medical care. Bad if you ask me. Email me if you have any questions.

I don't see how the fact that deborah villar has a job in New York, that someone thinks she doesn't qualify for, has anything to do with Mayor V.
And maybe he's sending the daughter money as a concerned dad, if so it could be from legit. investments, and there is nothing here to suggest otherwise. IF any of it true, likely a concerned dad helping out a single daughter. How would he have gotten her a med job in NY, if that's the implication? It's all nonsense...farfetched.

Thanks for making the point without getting too crazy. SEE, if this is the case...it will be, "Sorry Charlie" to the grenade throwers. I'm kinda uncomfortable with this stuff up there on the thread, but again, point is...this stuff isn't ending up in my inbox by accident.

It has everything to do with Mayor V. Deborah got her positions because her position as sister to Antonio put her in position to screw for the job.
It all started with Community Health Foundation Of East L.A. This is the giant clinic (300,000 + visits per year) with a yearly budget over $25 million that suddenly went bankrupt and no one so much as raised a peep about it. This clinic came under the direct political jurisdiction of Gloria Molina. Deborah seduced then married an already married Executive Director at this clinic. She went from the perfume counter at The Broadway to executive management at this clinic. She later cuaght this dirctor cheating red handed prompting Deborah to run to her car for her gun and to wave it in the face of the director. She later "divorced" the director but stayed on in her management position at the clinic. Antonio was just passing "Healthy Families" and this clinic was about to get the lion's share of funding in the eastside - couldn't get rid of Deborah with this money on the line.
But this was nothing new to thr clinic that "knew" how to play the game. Also on the payroll of this clinic:
the brother of Gloria Molina's chief of staff
the cousin of Gloria Molina's health deputy
Ron Martinez, Antonio's best man and Gloria Molina's husband
Barrio Planners - Antonio and Gloria's main eastside funding source
and many more "political" recommendations.
Yet this $25 million a year clinic went bankrupt and no one said a word.
Later, Deborah went to work for Clinica Romero who inherited some of Community Health Foundations clinics and government money. For decades eastside health clinics have been used as the eastside politician's personal piggy bank. But here's the kicker Zuma, Deborah went on the payroll for Clinica Romero while still being a board member of the non-profit, a big no-no. Ask anyone who knows her, Deborah is a beeeeatch of the first degree.

Have you seen the agendas for the "SPECIAL GOAL-SETTING MEETING" of the City Clowncil on Tuesday and Wednesday?? They're having the meetings at a rented ballroom at the Doubletree Hotel in San Pedro.
From the meeting agenda:
"FOR THIS MEETING ONLY:
There will be no Channel 35 coverage, live or recorded audio feed, live and ondemand video services or remote public testimony."
I guess ITA just couldn't be bothered to send down a camera, a cameraman, and some blank videotapes.
The meeting's one agenda item: "DIALOGUE and DISCUSSION concerning issues attendant to Council’s information sharing, partnership in city iovernment, policy direction and operational improvements."
Information sharing? Operational improvements? I guess EG is looking for a way to devise a mechanism to clamp down on public comment and not get sued. Good thing the Van Nuys connection will be turned off for these meetings.

Certain people use more than patterns to find leaks. They deliberately leak false information to a person, then see if it goes public. Each person gets different wrong "facts". Then they know who talked. There may be a little foot-shooting in this but it's better than death by a thousand cuts.

If you don't do another thing in your life, you need to attend these two secret meetings of the City Council on Tuesday and Wednesday. You have to wonder why it is that they don't want the public to know about them, but the Brown Act says that they must be run like a meeting. They don't have to permit general public comment on non-agendized items, but they must allow comment on each item, of which there is only one, and it's real vague.
Attend both meetings? Donate $$ so he can attend.
