Geragos is indeed a media whore, spins the negative to get publicity and is no better then STeve Yagman who sued LAPD and lost more times and eventually was arrested on felonies. Zuma there are 2 sides to every story and I can bet there was more evidence or even witnesses that put this guy at the scene. You have no clue how long it takes to get DNA back after taken from a suspect. Stop playing lawyer and media whore. Get the facts first before behaving like Matt Dowd moron who loves to trash LAPD because he's a loser and is uneducated.

hey loser 7.25, I called LAPD from my cell, reported my stolen car, was on the phone an hour, then a month later, when they find the car, they don't call to say we found it, they write a letter saying it was impounded and pay $1000 to get it out.

Garagos also represented Winona Ryder in her shoplifing case which was a sure loser. They had her on videotape. The case should have been pleaded out, instead it went to trial where she lost. Garagos is only slightly better that #1 media blowhard attorney Gloria Allred who always dresses in red.
need I remind you : Bill Rosendahl and his staff told us to sue. They encouraged it. They told us it was our only option. They suggested Carol Sobel. We were minding our own business thank you. They made up the 'law'. They wrote the ordinance. They invented the permit scheme. They introduced the lottery. They invented nominal utility. We challenged it with the lawsuit and in your face politics and activism. The results, like DNA, are in the works.
I never sued LAPD, but I have filed complaints with the appropriate process. Thats the facts, now you're a little more up to date.

I would be more worried about taking the Southwest museum and turning it into casinos.
I would be more worried about how City Council's admitted "LACK OF A HOUSING POLICY" (CM Janice Hahn) has destoryed the City -- and the City does not understand the importance of providing real affordable housing in the area, so as to maintian a "culture of community" (balance) that is needed, soas to allow the City to function. (We need some of these low-income service people close by to take out the trash, serve your five star dinner, drive you limos, carry your bags, work in your accountant and lawyers office, drive the buses, teach the kids, be security guards since you can't hire enough police, and ignoring Charter law. THAT"s WHAT I WOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT!
You know what I would be worried about...how much time and service was lost in all areas of the City over the Mayor's AB 1381 LAUSD failed takeover attempt. (Of course it failed...even ZD could see that from DAY ONE at City Hall. DUMBASS MAYOR!) Now how many shady permits do you have to approve cause they donated to your "private Excellent" fund? THAT'S THE DONATIONS ZD IS WORRIED ABOUT...NOT MY $12 gas money donation, you LOSER, DO-NOTHING CRYBABY!!!
